“Amazing property! Such a comfortable stay. Everyone loved the soap/shampoo/lotion/conditioner provided, the "welcome" local coffee and wine. They provided a cornhole board and fire wood. We used the cornhole, didn't have time for a fire, but loved that it was there if we wanted to. Our stay was beyond comfortable. We will return to this property and highly recommend it.”

“This was a great apartment with comfortable bedrooms, private bathrooms, and a great location by the lake. Pleanty of space for two couples each with our own bathroom (one was ensuite). Easy to walk or Uber to town. Very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was equipped, exactly as needed to feel at home. They even provided a welcome bottle local wine. I would highly recommend this apartment and we would stay again in the future.”

“This house was very clean, in a beautiful location, and very comfortable. The bedroom had a large window overlooking the lake and the sunrise. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, made dinner one night on the bbq, and played a few board games. There were helpful hot tub instructions and bath towels right inside the sliding glass door. When we arrived, we were greeted with complimentary wine and coffee. The kitchen was well-equipped and clean. The listing says there is a drip coffee pot, which there was, but we also found a Keurig in one of the cabinets. This property was very close to Ports Cafe where we had a delicious meal. Our two observations for future guests would be to know that the only bathroom is on the main level and the bedrooms are upstairs via a spiral staircase. Also, there are railroad tracks very close to the home, but, we did not hear any trains during our stay. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here!”

“Great place for the family to stay while attending a family event in the Geneva area. Centrally located, minutes drive from Wegmans, & a 5 minute walk to Walmart for last minute needs. Spacious for a family to gather and eat meals together in the very spacious kitchen and dining area. I’m not sure why the dining room lights were temperamentally operational, but we managed. Couches were comfortable and clean, with throw blankets. Bathrooms were clean and linens were crisp and fresh- not too fragrant with perfume or softener since I’m sensitive to most fragrances. The huge laundry area was clean and functional. Nice area and felt safe. My check in was late in the evening so it was pitch dark without any lights anywhere, not even the porch- so be prepared with a flashlight to find the keypad. Google Maps may throw you off with descriptions of the property leading to a dark road for a former mobile park. Management is Very attentive and quick to respond to concerns and needs.”
