“We felt very comfortable in this clean and well located home. Great access to the restaurants on Ocean Blvd and easy access to the boardwalk for beach access. A few more amenities could be included but we would for sure stay here again.”

“We had a great stay in St Simon’s. I was looking for a park & walk small beach town & found it. The loft apartment was just as described. Very clean & I loved the decor. As others have mentioned, we did hear the live music at night coming from the restaurant next door but actually enjoyed being able to sit on our balcony & listen vs being in a crowded bar. We had everything we needed. I do recommend a sound machine if you’re sensitive to street noise & bring coffee k-cups. Also, Georgia Sea Grill was excellent!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. We enjoyed the pool and backyard patios especially the screened in patio. The neighborhood was great. Location was great. The beach access was a little inconvenient walk for our Grandmother and the mosquitoes were really bad. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay with our family!”

“Pros: Great location, beautiful interior, and sweet gift bag. Cons: There were two coffee appliances (kcup and drip). It would have been nice to have 2-3 kcups or coffee samples. I did buy some kcups, but when I tried to use the kcup appliance, it showed a malfunction notice. The cabinet did have salt/pepper, but no sugar packets. The water filter needed to be replaced, and the handheld shower head did not work. For the price, it would have been nice to have those. A hotel room will have coffee samples with at least 2-3 sugar packets.”
