“Was very clean but bathroom needed paint and dated condo.”

“The condo was very nice. Good soft lighting, comfortable beds and nice view. Kitchen well equipped. Our only complaint was on Thursdays they blow the area from 11-3:00. We suggested they tell renters about this in the future so they can plan when they are at the condo accordingly.”

“Bonus….Kitchen was well stocked. Sheets, beds and pillows were very good. Walk to beach was a nice walk, not for someone with challenges. Upstairs' tenant was quiet. Plenty of places to eat that are close by.”

“I so wanted to love this stay, but did not. The place smelled musty and old and is in desperate need of updating. There was mold on the edge of the bathtub and baseboards in the bathroom. Aluminum foil on the stove just felt dated and cheap. The town is beautiful and I’m sure other units are much nicer but this one was such a disappointment. The carpet is old and dirty and the concrete stairs to the loft are sketchy. For almost $400 a night I just expected so much more.”

“The place was very nice and clean but I just wasn't happy with the lack of communication. I requested an early check in that was approved but later found out it was approved by accident. Then I check in and was given a code to get inside and the pad was offline so I had to get a key to get inside. After that, I signed a rental agreement on paper inside the office and later got a message that I need to sign the agreement online and they dont allow paper agreements. I messaged back I signed everything and they tell me I'm good. I just felt like the communication was off for this trip but the office staff were very friendly, the place was very clean, quiet, and there was a very beautiful view!”

“We thought our apartment was cute and the location was pretty. A short walk out to the sandy beaches was nice! However our room was really dirty upon checkin. There was a cigarette wrapper inside on the coffee table and 4 wrappers out on the balcony rug also. And the bathroom shower had multiple hairs inside it and on the outside ledge. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room overall.”

“I would not recommend staying at this property. While the space initially appeared clean upon arrival, it quickly became clear that it had not been properly maintained. The bedding contained visible debris and dog hair. After contacting the host, we were told cleaning would be addressed the following day; however, only one set of sheets was changed and no additional cleaning was completed. The overall condition of the home was unacceptable. There was dog hair throughout the property, including on the furniture, floors that had not been vacuumed, dirty dishes in the kitchen, and moldy sponges left by the sink. Most concerning, my 3-year-old found a pill on the floor, which presents a serious safety hazard—especially for families traveling with young children. Due to last-minute booking constraints and traveling with multiple children, we were unable to relocate, but this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience.
