Furnished Quarters

“This apartment is in a great neighborhood and is extremely quiet. It overlooks E 82nd St. The kitchen is well furnished, although we supplemented the pans and accessories as we were staying for a few months and were eating most meals in. The beds are firm but comfortable. The baths are nice and modern, though one is quite small. One bedroom is good sized and has a view. The other bedroom is quite small, though furnished with a queen bed that takes up most of the room. Nice flat screen TVs in all rooms. Very quiet building. Restaurants, markets and cleaners all in easy walking distance. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were promptly addressed. I would recommend this apartment, especially so due to Furnished Quarters’ excellent management.”

“Host was very responsive. Apartment fully met our expectations. Location is amazing, short walk to newberry street and to many other areas to visit. Close access to 2 subway lines. We would want to stay at the apartment next time we visit.”

“It was a fantastic stay for me and my family! The place was clean, spacious, and the host replied within minutes to all of our questions. The location is very walkable, 10 minutes from green T line, bus stop and bike rental right by the door. Not to mention we had a great view out the window!”

“The location for this apartament is good. It is a good building. However, the Air Conditioner needs to be replaced for newer ones they did not work properly. The dishwasher and the sink had a leakage on the kitchen floor/ The bathrooms also need to be modernized as they still have tubs. During our stay there were several requests for maintenance that were addressed very slow.”

“Nice place in a great location. Just a couple of things to be aware of: the bedroom has wall-to-wall carpeting, which may be a consideration for guests with allergies or those who prefer hard flooring. Also, because the apartment is very close to Fenway Park, it can be a bit noisy during games and events. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.”

There were some small issues in the beginning such as the light in the kitchen didn’t work but the owner was responsive and took care of everything as expeditiously as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apt to friends and family.”
