“The AirBnB was exactly as described overlooking a great pool. The location was perfect and we would not hesitate to book it again.”

“Perfect weekend getaway. So close to the ocean, we could’ve stepped in it. This condo has movie star views and they’ve thought of everything. Two giant beds, ample towels, coffee pot and kcup machine. Private but super accessible to the diner at the golf course which is maybe 80 steps away from the condo door. Between the dolphins, the deer, and the ocean sounds this stay couldn’t have been more peaceful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Fripp Island is a magical place for me and my family! This condo felt like home while we were there and we hated to leave. We were scoping it out after we left to see if it was for sale and wish we could figure out a way to move in! Haha, we absolutely love it there and can’t wait to get back soon!”

“The house, location, and amenity's were absolutely wonderful! Only downfall was communication. We had to end up calling resort with all question because no one would answer through Air BNB chat. When they did we had already had to call. Also, the golf cart instructions were not helpful. Other than that our stay was wonderful and would definitely stay again.”

“We had a great stay on Fripp Island and truly enjoyed this home overall. The primary residence was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the essentials you might need. The location is also a huge plus, very central to all the island’s amenities. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made arrival smooth. The only downside was that the unattached bonus room over the garage, which has bunk beds, was not usable during our stay due to a strong sewage/sulfur smell from backed-up water. Unfortunately, it took several days and a call to Airbnb support before someone came to evaluate the issue. Once they did, they quickly confirmed the problem and drained the water, but this happened on our last day so we can’t say whether the smell fully resolved. Because of this, we had to double up in rooms, which was a bit inconvenient, and communication from the host could have been more responsive. That said, the main home and overall experience were still very posit”

“The unit apparently had not been cleaned in quite a long time. Very dusty everywhere. Allover the back of electronics. Spiderwebs everywhere, a hole rotted under the back door and a snake could have gotten in. Found a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain. Several electrical outlets in the unit do not work. Thank God I brought my own extension cords! they have a nasty tablecloth on the outside table. The units are NOT soundproof and it sounded like a herd of elephants were staying above us. Parking is a disaster. We had a very difficult time getting in our assigned spot. Some other units were being worked on and a construction truck was blocking the entry to the villas we needed to get to. The sheets and bed covers were too small and the fitted sheet would not stay on the mattress. Mattress was a huge brick. The location is nice but not worth the price they charge for that unit. Do better.”
