Frio River Escape

“We stayed in Oasis Cabin 2 at the Oasis Resort, and both the campground and cabin were amazing! The location on Magers Crossing is absolutely perfect for enjoying the Frio River. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. Having come to the Frio River for over 20 years, we highly recommend the Oasis Resort!”

“This place is definitely on my list to return too! It was our first time at the Frio River and it was perfect! The host was kind to let us check in a bit earlier. The house is spacious - beds were comfortable to sleep in, kitchen was clean and fully stocked with basics. Everything was clean and accessible - went back and forth with swimming in the river and pool then finished the day off with sitting around the fire pit. The place is worth the drive from Houston, hope to return soon!”

“Being right next to the river was amazing, you didn’t really have to worry about parking or anything cause you could just walk there. They also didn’t have a limit on pool time or how late you could stay out on their pool/lake area which was really fun for night swims and watching the fireflies on their grass patch by the lake. It was very well kept land. Me and my friends are DEFINITELY coming back!”

“The pool is NOT heated! We booked this place during spring break knowing that the river would still be a little cool to enjoy and wanted to have another option for the kids. However, we were told that the heater has been broken since thanksgiving. Total bummer.”
