“Extremely hard to find, had hair everywhere in the bathroom, spent an hour cleaning it myself. Nothing was filled like it should be (coffee, laundry det) was locked out and unable to contact hosts at all. They never answered the after hours line. Dog poop was EVERYWHERE in the yard. I get animals come, but geez. The floors looked like they have never been mopped, very sticky and dirty. Provided grill but no charcoal? Like what? Parking was ridiculous, if I had not had my husband there is no way I could have found the location or parked on my own. Host was extremely misleading with the lack of space outside cottage, the large hill it’s on, unclean bathroom (even had poop stains left in bottom of toilet) It seems random small decor was missing like all but one window having small plants.”

“A/C unit is located in front of the bedroom, don't expect much sleep. No pool towels. They don't provide creamer for your coffee or much of anything.”

“I was not happy or satisfied with our air BNB. Upon arrival, I noticed the refrigerator wasn’t working. And the freezer was not cold at all. Most of the food I brought went bad due to fridge not working properly and leaking water. It took them three days to come out to address. I also informed them that the tub valve was not working as it wasn’t able to switch to shower mode. That was never fixed or addressed. Despite the multiple times I brought the issue to their attention. Additionally, one of the private doors was accidentally locked. We had a hard time trying to get it to open. I called the staff and they indicated the tools have been provided to be able to unlock the door. There was only one tool that was provided which we would up the wood ledge on top of the door. So only one was provided. I think this place is way too overpriced for the lack of response time to address issues and maintenance issues upon arrival.”

“Hair in the bathroom and toilet when we arrived. Screen door rubber gasket was loose causing a tripping hazard. Half the lights didn’t work all the time. Noisy neighbors with fireworks and cruising around on golf carts all hours. Some hoa rules apply to some but not to others. Empty containers in the bathroom. Will not be back and wouldn’t recommend to others.”

“This unit really needs some upgrades. Very run down. sliding door to go out to balcony was almost impossible to slide. Really everything needs upgraded really bad. Will not rent from these units in the future when I come to Branson.”

“Nice new home. Cleanliness could be better though: our sheets looked dirty, outside dining chairs were dirty, bath towels were left in dryer. There is a mobile home directly in front of the house, which interrupts the view. No beach access which was listed under amenities. We really enjoyed the firepit, but would have been nice to have some chairs around it.”

“The patio outside had broken balloons and confetti all over it. I had small kids with me wanting to try to put the broken balloons in thier mouth. The small bathroom smelt of cat urine. The internet was in and out the whole stay. We found candy on the floor on one of the bed rooms. The refrigerator had an inch of dust on top of it.Sunday morning for our check out we had no hot water so no one could shower. I put the dishes in the dish washer but I am sure they were cleaned with cold water. We were in the bottom condo and the people above us was very loud until 1130 or 12 each night. The parking was terrible once the condos got filled up people parking in the grass due to no parking spots.”

“We had 6 people in our group and stayed for 5 nights. We would have had zero complaints BUT the TV in the living room would not work (not a huge deal) and the bathroom in the room with multiple beds would only flush about once every hour and a half. That is a huge deal in a home with 6 people. We called to see if someone could come and look at/fix these issues, they assured us someone would be there that day. No one ever came. So just imagine being in a home with 4 men and 2 women and basically 1-1/2 bathrooms. Not cool. Other than these issues, the place was great. Communication is key and there was none.”

“Lake view is reason we chose this condo, but would not return unless the furniture was upgraded. Living room furniture and beds very old and uncomfortable. Balcony furniture also needs upgraded.”

“This was one of the nastiest places and loudest I’ve ever stayed in!! You could hear people walking around upstairs, toilets being flushed, the trails and the apartment were not kept up at all ! Dirty and nasty place and the beds and pillows were gross !”
