“Nice new home. Cleanliness could be better though: our sheets looked dirty, outside dining chairs were dirty, bath towels were left in dryer. There is a mobile home directly in front of the house, which interrupts the view. No beach access which was listed under amenities. We really enjoyed the firepit, but would have been nice to have some chairs around it.”

“The patio outside had broken balloons and confetti all over it. I had small kids with me wanting to try to put the broken balloons in thier mouth. The small bathroom smelt of cat urine. The internet was in and out the whole stay. We found candy on the floor on one of the bed rooms. The refrigerator had an inch of dust on top of it.Sunday morning for our check out we had no hot water so no one could shower. I put the dishes in the dish washer but I am sure they were cleaned with cold water. We were in the bottom condo and the people above us was very loud until 1130 or 12 each night. The parking was terrible once the condos got filled up people parking in the grass due to no parking spots.”

“We had 6 people in our group and stayed for 5 nights. We would have had zero complaints BUT the TV in the living room would not work (not a huge deal) and the bathroom in the room with multiple beds would only flush about once every hour and a half. That is a huge deal in a home with 6 people. We called to see if someone could come and look at/fix these issues, they assured us someone would be there that day. No one ever came. So just imagine being in a home with 4 men and 2 women and basically 1-1/2 bathrooms. Not cool. Other than these issues, the place was great. Communication is key and there was none.”

“No TV No WiFi Hot tub was dirty Front glass door had noticeable hand prints. Areas of the cabin had not been swept. Trailer house directly in front of cabin.”

“Lake view is reason we chose this condo, but would not return unless the furniture was upgraded. Living room furniture and beds very old and uncomfortable. Balcony furniture also needs upgraded.”

“The house was cozy and cute. Came with most of what we needed. Location was pretty. If you are doing things in Branson, I don't recommend staying here. You'll drive 30 plus mins to get there. For what I paid I don't think we should have to do the towel laundry and dishes like they ask. But we did anyways because we're kind. Not private at all. Surrounded by people.”

“The tv in the master bedroom did not work. It was replace fairly quickly after the host was notified. There were several hairs on the fitted sheet in the other bedroom. Was told the linens would be replaced. They were not. Had to sleep on top of the flat sheet.”

“The home was very clean, but the pool was very dirty. The pool furniture was extremely dirty and broken. The pool deck was a mess, the concrete joints were full of dirt and trash, as well as sticky stuff and food, that had not been cleaned in a long time. The pool itself was full of bugs and dirt as well. There were also groups of local kids coming in and out of the pool area. We have rented these places several times and this is the first time we used the pool. It was very disappointing for the piece you pay to rent these units.”

“The cabin was perfect for what we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Good use of the space. Plenty of dishes and such. Very minimal closet space but made do with all the wall hooks. I cooked a few meals. One burner is unlevel but works. I sent an email and a text message regarding standing water in the bottom of the refrigerator and smoke alarms issue and got no response. Figured that was because it was late afternoon friday. There was actually was no contact until check out instructions were sent, and still issue was not addressed. Cleaned it up and it refilled by that next day. So theres obviously an issue. Had to use bath towels since the paper towels stock was minimal to dry it up the best I could for thr rest of the week. We were there 7 nights. Unfortunately the pool wasn't filled yet so that was a bummer. but the shuffleboard was fun. There is no laundry facilities on property.”

“This was one of the nastiest places and loudest I’ve ever stayed in!! You could hear people walking around upstairs, toilets being flushed, the trails and the apartment were not kept up at all ! Dirty and nasty place and the beds and pillows were gross !”
