“We loved our stay! Winchester is halfway between our two grown children and their families! It is difficult to find a spot that fits all of us, and everyone loves! Somehow, Dockside managed to be a hit for everyone! We loved everything! The hosts were communicative and friendly. The house was clean and spacious. The grandbabies had the most fun playing in the yard, and everybody enjoyed the golf cart ride to the dock! We really enjoyed the local coffee shop and Italia's, too! Winchester for the WIN!”

“Two great things about this property worth noting that I didn't pick up on in the description: (1) the master suite is on one end of the house and the other three bedrooms are on the other. (2) one of the bedrooms (in addition to the master) has an en suite bathroom. Kitchen was gorgeous and well stocked with necessities plus extras like a crock pot, air fryer, and a stand mixer. Hot tub was pristine and convenient. Host was very responsive--one of the remotes was out of batteries and he offered to instacart some to us if we couldn't find them in the kitchen (we did--right where he said they would be). We had a great stay at this property. Fire pit was relaxing. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous.”

The views were absolutely epic, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay. The fire pit was a favorite for hanging out together in the evenings, and the game room was a huge hit with the whole family! The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. We especially appreciated the fresh, clean, filtered water—a small detail that made a big difference. The host team was fantastic, incredibly responsive, and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. Between the stunning views, awesome amenities, and wonderful hospitality, this place really delivered. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable lake getaway.”
