“This place is a steal! Very close to the ski lifts if you’re going in the winter, downtown if you’re having a summer adventure. Host was extremely responsive. The only bummer was the hot tub was out of order! But still had a great time regardless :)”

“You can’t ask for a better location than this! We recently stayed here for a friend’s summer wedding at the resort. All of the other guests were jealous when they saw how short of a walk it was to the gondola. Everything was as expected, and perfect for 8 people. We had 2 couples and 4 others, which fit perfect. Thanks again to the managers of this great condo unit!”

“We enjoyed our stay! The place was more than large enough for our group of 6 and the surroundings were beautiful. Parking was accessible with the garage and they even had luggage carts which were a huge help. The overflow parking was ample and the permits were easy to obtain. It’s not in walking distance to very much, but the drive into town and all our reservations were only 5-10 min. The hosts were helpful and super responsive too. It was clean and comfortable and had everything you’d need for food prep and storage. Would stay again!”

Instructions for check in and checkout were emailed and texted, the online guidebook covered all the required information, and the place was exactly as expected. It was also in a perfect location for walking to restaurants and the base of the ski area!”

“The unit we stayed in was very nice and priced well compared to other places at the time. The management company is on site and makes things a lot easier if you need anything. Very nice pool and jacuzzi's to hang out at. Gym was decent as well. They were very communicative/responsive as well. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Great stay, super comfortable and clean house, well appointed and plenty of space. Property team was very proactive with communication and very helpful with questions. Location is residential, walking distance to Steamboat resort shops and restaurants and short drive or free shuttle to town. We stayed during 4 consecutive 90 degree days. The home does not have AC, so it was quite warm in the late afternoon, but many fans are provided and we were able to cool the house after dark to sleep comfortably.”

“Our group had a great time at this home. We loved having access to the river trail for our dogs. (We saw a bear and several beavers!) Easy access to the free buses, and lots of thoughtful touches all around, like dog towels, makeup wipes, extra linens, and more. No AC but each room had fans and operable windows which was perfect for cooling us down in the mountains. Host was responsive and provided clear instructions. I would stay here again!”
