“The property view is amazing! Location is quiet. The home is well appointed and in need of tlc in regards to amenities. Fire pit had wasps and is desperate need of replacing. Didn't use hot tub as it was cloudy ( it was cleaned for us after we reported) but never wound up using it as there was s security camera directly facing the tub, which freaked us out. The deck itself could use some stain, a replacement cover for the BBQ, and some wasp spray or preventative measures via exterminator prior to check in. The downstairs rec room was nice but one chair had a broken arm and it fell off and the metal bar underneath almost cut my arm when I slipped off the armrest. Great view,updating needed and point security camera away from tub and presto! you will have a gem.”

“The view is breathtaking! Such a great spot nearby to many things to do and see! We were sad to leave! The house was lovely, nicely decorated and clean and clear. The beds were so comfortable and we loved the shuffleboard! My only feedback to improve the guest experience : •no balls in the table football which our kids were disappointed not to be able to play it. •no curtains in the downstairs rooms at all so very bright and hard to sleep beyond sunrise •paper thin blinds in the upstairs rooms so the same issue regarding morning light •no locks on the bathrooms •tin opener doesn’t work, a pain when mid meal prepping and can’t open the tins. The kitchen was very well equipped and we had plenty of extras like sandwich bags, hand wash, laundry liquid etc which was really helpful. Thank you for a lovely experience.”

“We had a wonderful stay on Songo Pond. Enjoyed the outdoor space, firepit and water access. Inside was very comfortable and had everything we needed! LOVED the porch and the day bed!”

“Mountain Gem exceeded my expectations! The house is larger than I expected and had plenty of space for 2 families with children. The sunset views from the deck were breathtaking and it was so serene and quiet. Everything was perfect!”

“Beautiful home and accommodations, perfect for our entire family! The main entrance and bedrooms were perfect for the grandparents to easily access, while the bunk rooms and upstairs main suite wereperfect for the younger children and parents to have their own spaces to enjoy. We visited many of the local summer attractions and even made a trip into New Hampshire to visit Santa's Village with Monty the Moose!”

“This place was okay- the pullout bed from the couch was horrendous. It had the thinnest mattress. The cot bed was comfortable. This place definitely needs maintenance. Twice the door opened from the hinge when we left the room… honestly not very happy with that because I had valuables in this room. Children in the other units were running rampant around the hotel until 11 PM even though there are quiet hours. The only thing good about this place was the slope side entrance to the mountain.”

“Excellent location - right on the mountain. Easy ski on/ski off. Condo was fine. Beds were comfortable (nice and firm), but linens and bath towels were thin and rough. Rail on top bunk is loose. Amenities listed were not available (soap, shampoo) and despite requesting them, never received. Small thing, but required us to go off mountain to get them. Pool towels also not provided as listed, preventing us from going to the pool together. Wifi was spotty. Couches were new and comfortable. Condo was clean.”
