Fort Myers Beach Vacation Rentals

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay overall besides having renovations done down the hall from us. We were woken up every morning to the walls shaking and drills/saws being used all day(7:30-5). My husband works in construction so it was hard for him to fully relax since he hears these noises everyday. We just wanted to have peace/quiet and get away from noises. We contacted the host. They got back to us the day before we check out saying they don’t know anything about renovations being done and will let us know their schedule so we can work around it but they never got back to us. It would have been nice if they warned us before our stay and perhaps give us some sort of discount for the inconvenience but none was given. Also, the place had a smoker smell and was covered up by smelly air fresheners which never fully went away during our stay. Some sticky/stains next to the shower and some hair in the sinks. Overall, it was a nice place. I give it 3/5 stars for communication/cleanliness”

“Absolutely delightful stay! Despite ongoing construction (drilling sounds throughout the day) it was not constant and done at reasonable hours. Spending so much time on the beach, it was honestly a nonissue. The other tenants of the building and the beachgoers were all quiet and respectful, making for a peaceful weekend away. There is a working elevator and luggage carts available. The unit was very clean and well stocked with kitchenware, paper goods, and plenty of towels and toiletries to get you started. The balcony view is just amazing and the fact we could bring our pups along to enjoy the beauty of Fort Myers Beach was the icing on the cake. As someone who has vacationed in FMB for years and has been craving a good stay post Ian, I think we found our new ‘spot.’ Can’t wait to return for another stay!”
