“A perfect homebase to enjoy beach and Sarasota. House is in great condition and has all the basics for a longer stay. Fantastic location with plenty of room for family to spread out. Sunset views from the kitchen/dining room and screen porch with fans. Walkable to quiet beach with a variety of options (swimming, fishing, kite flying, wildlife spotting). Short bike/drive to great local food options on Longboat Key and Anna Maria. Note that Anna Maria Island traffic across the bridge can be a challenge during peak times, so plan accordingly for any trips back to the mainland. Easy 15-30 min drive to Publix grocery, the world’s best Goodwill bookstore, St Armands restaurants, and downtown Sarasota. Covered off-street parking is wonderful so car isn’t baking in the sun. Shaded back porch and patio with pool is great, though pool can get warm in the summer sun and skimmer was surprisingly loud when we were visiting. Overall highly recommend and look forward to staying again next summer!”

“Had a great time, everything was as listed. Clean room, full stocked, beautiful view of ocean. They even provided beach chairs in the room and we were able to take our own drinks down to the resorts beach/pool area since we weren't allowed any of the other amenities/food and drink services. The pool and the beach weren't crazy busy and we were able to really enjoy it and relax.”

“Was listed as 3 beds (2 kings and a pullout couch) there was only 1 king bed and a pull out couch in the apartment. The porches were filthy. The floor inside was also dusty feeling. The washer smelled and had a seal of mold overflowing you had to carefully avoid getting laundry in/out. The living room chair was very stained on the arms. The sheets I grabbed in closet for pull out couch had a blood stain, there was additional sheets. Thankfully my small children did not mind the pull out couch but we were fully expecting a 2nd king size bed since that’s what the listing had. Thankfully we weren’t traveling with other adults because it was not comfortable. I reached out about that and they offered air mattress but we didn’t want to walk around that too. Was not worth the money. Have to carry all your stuff up the stairs to the 3rd floor or elevator but they had the bellhop cart locked up . Roofers were working every morning at our porches so no privacy & no warning about that.”

“We’ve just returned from a fabulous week at this property. What a great place in a superb location ! The condo is modern, clean and the perfect size for the 2 of us. But plenty big enough for 4. We really appreciated the modern style and super comfy sofa. It’s a very short walk to St Armands Circle which has superb restaurants and boutique shops to enjoy. We had a few amazing meals, but Nonnas Italian was a stand out 🙌 Lido beach is just a block away too - literally 5 mins walk, and what a beach! White sand, blue ocean it really is picture perfect 👌 The onsite pool is lovely particularly at the end of a full day of sight seeing and was generally quiet. Finally, having a car park space was a big factor for choosing to stay here. Being a designated space and covered takes a lot of stress out of things when we’re reliant on a hire car for getting around. Overall a brilliant place to stay.”
