“Beautiful condo with access to clean pool and hot tub. The condo complex is minutes away by walking to St. Armand's Circle and North Lido beach. We loved our stay! Thank you very much, FVC!”

“The condo, beach, and location were beautiful, but there are some important things future guests should know. This is a members-only resort, and despite the listing stating guests can access the pool, we were told we could not use it. We did receive two complimentary beach chairs, but umbrellas are $30/day, and our chairs were separated from the members’ area. We also brought a cooler with food and drinks to the beach and were told outside food/beverage were not allowed on private property. But since we weren’t members, we couldn’t order from the resort either. Unfortunately, check-in was also a nightmare. We were supposed to receive our access code at 4 PM, but it was never sent. After multiple calls to FVC, no one could provide it, and we didn’t receive the code until the following day. While I understand mistakes happen, this was the worst Airbnb check-in experience I’ve had. Overall it truly was a beautiful condo, but make sure you pay attention to the details of the listing!”

“The house was immaculate. Sunsets off of the back patio across the water were beautiful. The house sits in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. St. Armands Circle, with all the shops and places to eat is only 2 blocks away. We only had one small issue, but they had someone there in 20 minutes to fix it. I was like WOW, that's some fast service. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting a beautiful home in a perfect location. It was everything we had hoped for. Will stay there again if back in the area. 10 out of 10!!!”

“We had a wonderful stay with our children for the month. FVC was incredible to work with and ensured everything was taken care of upon our arrival. The location is great on the southern end of LBK (close to st Armand’s, Sarasota, and walking distance to the St Regis). The beach is always the highlight on LBK….powdery white sand which our kids loved. We will return again soon.”

“Our stay at Florida Connections in Bradenton FL was wonderful. House was beautiful and pool was just perfect. Plenty of towels, all amenities and no issues at all. I would recommend this home to everyone. 9 of us stayed and two dogs and we had plenty of space. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate my mom's 84th birthday. It's an experience she will take with her.”

“We absolutely love this place. We have been to the property 6 times and this particular unit 3 times. This has become our annual family vacation spot. Gorgeous views, amazing beach, shopping and food is fabulous.”

“The space was spacious and comfortable. The location was walking distance to St. Armand and a short drive to the beach. The first beach access was great shallow water for at least 100 feet, great for kids.”

“This place exceeded our expectations!! It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this property for a week. It’s was clean and well maintained. The pool was amazing and we took advantage of the dock by fishing everyday. We even rented a boat and pulled it up to the dock. Absolutely highly recommend this place but not July 4th 2027 weekend because we plan on coming back lol!!”
