“The villa itself is beautiful. It is nicely furnished with a roomy kitchen and a large pool. The mature neighborhood is amazing, offering tons of greenery and excellent privacy, and we loved the cozy nook on the outdoor deck. (Note: TVs are a bit outdated). Unfortunately, the management company impacted the experience: Arrival: The TV had to be reset (this can happen), carpets were dirty with crumbs and trash under the couch, and the pool was murky green. Safety Hazard: There was active mold growth and water damage on the master bathroom ceiling, plus heavily dusty air filters. A previous guest on VRBO warned them about this exact mold, but it was ignored. Service: When reported, the host tried to stall us until after checkout. Airbnb Support had to step in and force a large partial refund for the violations. Absolutely beautiful home, but needs a new management company that gives the property the attention it deserves. Note: I have rented a lot of villa's in the area.”

“Great place too stay for a getaway with family! We definitely enjoyed our time there!! Only things I didn’t like was the pre registration process and there was 4 bathroom with only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom!”

“There were only 2 extra garbage liners for a one week stay for multiple people. There was no laundry soap at the house. There were no specific check out instructions. The cooking pans were dirty. Parking was a nightmare the first few days and cleared out by early in the week. The upstairs TV was not working. The host was slow to respond. It took about a day and a half to get a response back. The house itself was in great shape. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Kissimmee is a very nice area.”

“There were a few issues during our stay. One of the comforters had a noticeable stain, and the fan in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working, which made the room very hot and uncomfortable. Additionally, someone entered the property to check the fan without notifying us in advance, which felt like a lack of communication and privacy. Aside from these concerns, the home itself was nice and we still enjoyed our stay overall.”

“Locations was great but when we arrived we noticed that house was not cleaned. Dirty carpet with food on floor and dirty clothing left in bedroom. The beds were sunken in and pillows were hard. Wish we had a better experience.”

“Me and my family booked this Airbnb for March 23-27.. We got there the Airbnb was really nice but unfortunately on the first night we were woken up by bed bugs all over us biting us.. two of the rooms had bed bugs.. we spent the remainder of the night sleeping on the living room couch and we had to pack up and leave the next morning. We did get a refund but it was so stressful trying to find somewhere else to stay. Do not book this Airbnb unless you wanna get ate by bed bugs!!!”

“The place and area was nice, down sides was the entrance process to get to the home was chaotic and took an hour- extremely long line to check in at gate and they didn’t have a printer for the parking pass so you have to go to the other gate entrance wait in line again. wish there were instructions how to use the play station, the tennis table is old and needs a new net in order to play. Most of remotes all had dead batteries very hard to use the TV’s all around”

“Extremely disappointed and not worth the almost $4k I paid. I’ve rented larger, cleaner and better quality homes cheaper in Davenport. Shower curtain not only had mold but mildew as well. This should be changed every time a new guest stays. I have family who live here and we rented together. Trying to allow friends and family to come over the house to visit was the hardest thing. Felt like trying to get someone into a royal castle. Not allowing family members. The grill in the yard was rusted and messed up didn’t even bother using it. This was a WASTE of money, my time, my patience and my energy. Will definitely not be returning and will definitely ensure to let all friends and family know not to even bother renting.”
