“The place was nice. However was a tad disappointed that it did not have any beach amenities (towels, chairs, etc). Every condo I have ever stayed at near the beach had some sort of beach supplies. The pool was not available during the day, which was very disappointing. The listing did say that there was construction going on, but it didn’t say anything about it closing the pool all day overall it wasn’t a bad stay, but it wasn’t a wow type of stay either.”

“Construction had the pool closed until 4:00 each day, forcing you to stay at the beach until then. Had to purchase umbrellas and chairs that we were not prepared to purchase. Beach service would have been an absolute help but is not offered. No direct access to the beach. Wash off from the beach was a hose stuck in a traffic cone. Jack hammer from construction on balconies began at 8am each morning. Only room to park 1 car while condos accommodate up to 6 guests. Warning and rules signs are everywhere. Renter beware”

“This stay was unacceptable. There was no key in the lockbox at check-in, and neither the host nor after-hours service responded to repeated calls or messages. After a long day of travel with exhausted kids, we were forced to secure last-minute accommodations for our family and relatives arriving for spring break. This cost us an entire evening and much of the next day repacking and relocating. Airbnb was also unable to reach the host during our stay. Once inside, the master bathroom had a loud drain/vent gurgling noise when the AC ran, making it difficult to sleep. The complete lack of communication or accountability—with no apology or effort to make things right—was extremely disappointing.”

“This place is awful. No atmosphere, no decor, dirty, no common sitting area, no tables, grill not accessible all day, beach was nothing but broken shells. We were not the only people you lied to about pool heat and hours. You are an irresponsible and unreliable company”

“One of the reasons for staying was because of the heated pool. The heater was not working and was told it would be fixed by Tuesday. We left Friday and still was not fixed. A few people that stay often said its been 2 years since it was working. It’s Also under construction which was not the problem. There was metal in the pool the one time my kids got in. And I got a flat tire for running over a piece of metal in the parking lot. I had to cancel reservation and rebook because of a CC issue and when I went to rebook the ex act same dates I was charged $300 more then my orginal reciept”

“Poor communication, then run around when trying to get answers. After flying/traveling many hours, we had no communication where to park and how to get in on web site or Airbnb messages. Had to figure it out after roaming around to go to a rental office, not AIRbnb. Pool was not useable after they said several days in a row, “it will be heated tomorrow.” Tomorrow never came, plus it was dirty with workers jackhammering and chiseling above the Half covered pool for 8 hours every day, only told to us 2 weeks prior to arrival. It’s a beautiful location on the beach, but Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals needs to learn how to do Airbnb properly or not be a host of it.”

“Building undergoing renovation related to earlier hurricaine damage. Hammering, drilling noise Mon- Friday starting at 8am until 3"30 pm and loud talking by workmen. Pool not usable. Beach also noisy 50 yards in either direction. Never informed at booking. No apologies.”

“The lower level of the hotel was an active construction zone which made it impossible to use the pool. Overall the place was a complete mess with construction”

“ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS INSIDE. Cigarette burn through kitchen chair (supposedly nonsmoking), stained chairs, and bedding, infestation of bugs in kitchen, huge hair balls throughout, multiple types of mold in bathroom, filth all over cabinets, knives, stove, handles, molding, doorways. Pocket bathroom door broken, so zero privacy. Shower continuously leaked. Toliets stained yellow/brown. Sinks slow to drain. Filthy stained lamp shades. Totally tattered window screens, and unsafe. Worn stained carpeting. Cracked yellow microwave. Ice maker broken. Dirty kitchen utensils. Took out "extra" bedding, and it was dirty. Large area of missing drywall and paint. Dirty dusty headboards, shelving, tv equipment. Not one thing was clean or sanitary to the point we were extremely uncomfortable and unhappy. Pool heater out for 4 daysEmailed with pictures. Called 4 times for a resolution, only connected one time with an offer to move to an entirely different city, no resolution or communication at all.”
