“Great location and a charming house with a lovely backyard and pool! The property offers good value, especially considering its location.,The mattresses and pillows were a bit too firm for our comfort, and we would have appreciated a cooler AC setting, as the temperature is capped at 70°F. The extensive list of house rules and potential fines also felt a little overwhelming. On a positive note, the host was very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas for improvement.”

“We had a great stay! The house was very cute, cozy, clean, and exactly what we needed. Everything overall was great and we really enjoyed the property. The only thing that caught us a little off guard was being told we had to pay extra to check in just one hour early IF we wanted too.. especially since the house wasn’t being used beforehand. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and have never been charged for something like that, so it felt a little wild. 😂 Besides that, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay. The home was adorable, comfortable, and we would definitely recommend it!”

“the room was fine, but it would be difficult to give 5 stars. 1) The room is close to the pool where we can hear the room cleaning around in the morning 2) We had a power outage for 8-hours (no fridge, wifi for work, AC, etc.) 3) the wood around the door near the lock was broken/ crumbling. It would have been really easy to « force » the locked door open. No discounts were given.”

“did not have a good experience at this property. The check-in time was 4:00 PM, which was too late, especially because we had an elderly adult who had just undergone surgery and needed to rest. We were told we had to pay an extra $100 for early check-in. We found cockroaches in the bedroom and kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom squeaked constantly, and we could not sleep. Pool maintenance was done and chemicals were applied without prior notice, so we were unable to use the pool. The TV remote control did not work. Three different people were sent to the property on the same day: one to apply chemicals and do pest control, another to fix the TV, and another to clean the pool. It was clear that no proper inspection of the property was done before the guests arrived. To make matters worse, we had brought two therapeutic pillows, one of them a water pillow weighing almost 8 pounds, and we accidentally left them inside the property. As soon as we realized it, we notified them immed”

“The property seemed as though it hadn’t been visited by the property owners for quite some time now. For example, the couch was broken, the light was broken, there were two overdue citations from the city on the front door, the water pressure to wash your hands was very weak and the pool was not heated as described. We didn’t have enough blankets but found one in the closet with stains. After reaching out to the property owners, they mentioned that it wasn’t for guest use, which didn’t make sense to me since it was accessible to the guests… Overall, the property has potential if it was well maintained.”

“Wouldn’t have stayed there if I knew the pool was broken and he played me like it was going to be fixed and would be able to use it never used it out of 4 days the cameras at the house looks at the bathroom window and the side window bedroom, which is crazy to me never again please check before you go.”

“The home was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It had plenty of room to offer for the guests staying over in the home, and once the cleaners left after our stated check in, the home was fresh and clean. Unfortunately, the condition and state of the home is the only positive comment our family can provide along with the pool and amenities. Our family travels to this area every year for Passover and the family members we have that live locally do not have big homes to host a seder. Our family rented this home intending to host a seder dinner as we have for the past 4 years at Air BNB homes in this same area; however, we were told no that the guests would exceed the number of people allowed in the home and it would be considered an event or party. I felt being up front and honest with the owner was commendable, but instead felt we were being treated like children causing us to make expensive last minute arrangements in order to host seder.”

“It’s really bad bad communication they rude”

“Sliding closet doors were broken upon arrival. Found a bloody qtip left on the floor. WiFi and therefore TV didn’t work. The place is described in the listing as a “peaceful place to stay” with no parties as a rule so was surprised when there was a loud rap music and loud conversations full of expletive and plans to go to the club, very clear through the very thin walls. Tried to call the host at the # provided but got no answer x2. Messaged through Airbnb and did get a response but no improvement within thirty minutes at around 9pm, so we left for a hotel because my daughter was scared. When we explained this to the host they said it wasn’t a party because no one else staying there reported it, college kids on spring break will be kids, and we can’t expect full silence. They were only willing to give us a 50% refund which did not come close to making up for the experience. It was better than nothing and a great location but would absolutely never stay again”

“Arrived to the home it was so nasty trash in the kitchen dirty dishes in the sink towels all on the floor bedrooms dirty no new bedding beds was not made toilets nasty pool dirty the home was just a disaster we arrived at 3:00am and left right back out to book a different home immediately will never in my life book him again”
