“inside was really nice, outside wasn't clean by the pool area where you want to hang, paint trays, pvc, vap pen and cans were left there. other then that inside was great had everything and very clean. outside was disappointing”

“The location and home were absolutely beautiful. My family and I enjoyed the tranquil environment and the swimming pool. I did notice several marks on the walls throughout the house, along with some broken items — a piece of the fridge was broken, as well as a shelf in one of the cabinets. The most frustrating part was the lack of cleaning supplies to keep the house tidy; the only items provided were Windex, dish detergent pods, a broom, and a dustpan. There was no mop, no all-purpose cleaner, no dish soap, etc.”

“This house is amazing, my family loved it. Sadly very small things made the experience not as good. When we arrived 15 mins after check-in time I was met with a cleaner inside, she quickly rushed out after I arrived, but it was clear previous dishes hadn’t been properly washed/dried & the floors had a thick coat of black dust/dirt on them. My wife had to mop twice before letting our kids crawl around. They don’t have any basic cooking items besides pepper & a pan. No salt, oil, baking sheets, etc. Wrong tv remotes were in wrong rooms causing confusion for the first night (mainly the living room remote turning on a TV in my 2 year olds bed room, waking her up. The pool was nice, house was neat, maybe we just had a bad week to book. I’d recommend staying here, but hope the host takes our feedback and improves”

“I had to wait til the cleaning lady was done with house to enter during time of check in. Otherwise,The place was great, everything in the house reached expectations except when i tried to use the master bathroom toilet, there were feces in the toilet. While I did flush and disinfected the toilet which I shouldn’t have done so as I guest I felt so disgusted having to clean after someone; I told Todd about the problem and he did show some sort empathy, he did nothing to fix it. Day of check out while I wanted to regain the minutes of the late check in I had, which again wasn’t my fault, I asked him about checking out a bit later which I texted at 11am which I take full responsibility of due to me packing… he texted and called threatened to reach out “Airbnb and file a complaint” i wasn’t being rude nor am I a rude person. He gave us til 11:30 to leave or he’ll take full action.”

“the room was fine, but it would be difficult to give 5 stars. 1) The room is close to the pool where we can hear the room cleaning around in the morning 2) We had a power outage for 8-hours (no fridge, wifi for work, AC, etc.) 3) the wood around the door near the lock was broken/ crumbling. It would have been really easy to « force » the locked door open. No discounts were given.”

“The property seemed as though it hadn’t been visited by the property owners for quite some time now. For example, the couch was broken, the light was broken, there were two overdue citations from the city on the front door, the water pressure to wash your hands was very weak and the pool was not heated as described. We didn’t have enough blankets but found one in the closet with stains. After reaching out to the property owners, they mentioned that it wasn’t for guest use, which didn’t make sense to me since it was accessible to the guests… Overall, the property has potential if it was well maintained.”

“Wouldn’t have stayed there if I knew the pool was broken and he played me like it was going to be fixed and would be able to use it never used it out of 4 days the cameras at the house looks at the bathroom window and the side window bedroom, which is crazy to me never again please check before you go.”

“The house was accurately portrayed in the photos. There are a few issues that keep that house from having a higher rating. First is privacy there are two cameras with microphones directly pointed at the couch area in the backyard. There is also a camera on the alarm panel that faces the couch in the living room which we are pretty sure is against Airbnb policy. Second is the backyard area. The pool filter is just not strong enough for the amount of debris that falls into the pool from the surrounding trees. We had to prove how dirty the pool was with photos for the owner to turn on the filter. They need seriously landscaping to clean up the trees that fill the pool with leaves. The pool area is also overrun with mosquitoes. We did not see a landscaper once for the two weeks we were there. There were basically no cleaning supplies in the house so if you go prepare to shop. Finally the kitchen is nice but there are zero supplies. No salt no sugar basically nothing other than old spices.”

“Arrived to the home it was so nasty trash in the kitchen dirty dishes in the sink towels all on the floor bedrooms dirty no new bedding beds was not made toilets nasty pool dirty the home was just a disaster we arrived at 3:00am and left right back out to book a different home immediately will never in my life book him again”
