“DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Pictures are like putting lipstick on a pig! We arrived and the floors were disgusting, had to mop ourselves. There was a dead bug on the floor and blood on the toilet. Host said it was cleaned 4 days before our arrival so it should have been fine. Was very condescending and rude in his messaging. Had to reach out to Customer support for partial refund because host wouldn’t accommodate. The grill was not cleaned well so we attempted to clean and the whole thing caught on fire, which we put out. The pool stones were loose, easy ankle breaker and overall unsafe for kids we had with us. The floats and pool toys were moldy and gross too. Sleeping was miserable as well, sweat all night, AC could use some servicing. My only pros are the kitchen was well stocked for our stay and the co-host Rosy had some hospitality. Todd “the host” who apparently manages 40 other properties has no hospitality and clearly doesn’t know how to manage, and is greedy.”

“We stayed here for a girls trip. The house was cute and very conveniently located. It had plenty of space and amenities. We traveled in mid August expecting it to be hot but there was little reprieve from the heat as the AC would not go below 75 during the day (and only got warmer with using the kitchen) and the pool was well over 90 degrees each day. The host was not very accommodating when we asked for options on how to cool the house and the pool down or other questions that we had. Our group understood that it was hot outside but some consideration for our comfort would have went a long way. Upon check in there were bugs on the counter and floors as if the house had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were also very few supplies in the kitchen to cook even small meals.”

“The house itself is beautiful, but our experience was very frustrating. We love animals, but during our 7-day stay, the pool area was covered in animal droppings. The host refused to clean it, stating the pool is only serviced once a week. Because of this, we were only able to use the pool for 2 days out of our entire trip. ​When we arrived late with kids, we found hair on several bed sheets, which we had to clean ourselves to rest. The bathtub didn't drain properly and had yellowish water. We reported it, but no one ever came to fix it my husband had to buy a plunger and unclog it himself. The garbage instructions were also wrong, forcing us to call the town to get the correct schedule. ​We paid for a clean, fully functional home with a pool and got zero support when issues arose. Beautiful property, but very poor management and cleanliness.”

“The location and home were absolutely beautiful. My family and I enjoyed the tranquil environment and the swimming pool. I did notice several marks on the walls throughout the house, along with some broken items — a piece of the fridge was broken, as well as a shelf in one of the cabinets. The most frustrating part was the lack of cleaning supplies to keep the house tidy; the only items provided were Windex, dish detergent pods, a broom, and a dustpan. There was no mop, no all-purpose cleaner, no dish soap, etc.”

“inside was really nice, outside wasn't clean by the pool area where you want to hang, paint trays, pvc, vap pen and cans were left there. other then that inside was great had everything and very clean. outside was disappointing”

“the room was fine, but it would be difficult to give 5 stars. 1) The room is close to the pool where we can hear the room cleaning around in the morning 2) We had a power outage for 8-hours (no fridge, wifi for work, AC, etc.) 3) the wood around the door near the lock was broken/ crumbling. It would have been really easy to « force » the locked door open. No discounts were given.”

“did not have a good experience at this property. The check-in time was 4:00 PM, which was too late, especially because we had an elderly adult who had just undergone surgery and needed to rest. We were told we had to pay an extra $100 for early check-in. We found cockroaches in the bedroom and kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom squeaked constantly, and we could not sleep. Pool maintenance was done and chemicals were applied without prior notice, so we were unable to use the pool. The TV remote control did not work. Three different people were sent to the property on the same day: one to apply chemicals and do pest control, another to fix the TV, and another to clean the pool. It was clear that no proper inspection of the property was done before the guests arrived. To make matters worse, we had brought two therapeutic pillows, one of them a water pillow weighing almost 8 pounds, and we accidentally left them inside the property. As soon as we realized it, we notified them immed”

“The property seemed as though it hadn’t been visited by the property owners for quite some time now. For example, the couch was broken, the light was broken, there were two overdue citations from the city on the front door, the water pressure to wash your hands was very weak and the pool was not heated as described. We didn’t have enough blankets but found one in the closet with stains. After reaching out to the property owners, they mentioned that it wasn’t for guest use, which didn’t make sense to me since it was accessible to the guests… Overall, the property has potential if it was well maintained.”

“Wouldn’t have stayed there if I knew the pool was broken and he played me like it was going to be fixed and would be able to use it never used it out of 4 days the cameras at the house looks at the bathroom window and the side window bedroom, which is crazy to me never again please check before you go.”
