“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had plenty of storage, which made it easy to unpack and feel at home. The pool was a great size and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location couldn't have been better. It was an easy walk to the beach, as well as shops, restaurants, and bars, so we rarely needed to drive. When we wanted to explore more, the trolley provided a quick and convenient ride to downtown Sarasota. Rick was an outstanding host and property manager. He was always quick to answer our questions, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, this is a fantastic property in an excellent location with excellent management. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.”

“Rick's place was just lovely - very clean, spacious and uncluttered. All amenities were top-notch! The kitchen was well stocked, making us feel like we were home. There were also plenty of linens - both bath and bed as well as pool towels. Rick was very accommodating in helping us get in early, he was proactive, warm, friendly and responsive. Couldn't ask for more!”
