“Loved all the beach gear available for use, cart, umbrella, chairs, beach table and towels. So easy to walk down the street to the beach. Unfortunately a house is being built in behind so sleeping late or daytime swimming was noisy.”

“Our family had a wonderful stay, and really appreciated having a house with a fenced backyard for our pups. The pool was large and spacious and there was plenty of patio furniture. The air conditioner did struggle a bit during the day. Otherwise the house was basically perfect for our short getaway!”

“We had a great week at Sunny Daze! Great location to be able to drive to either end of AMI or to Cortez or Sarasota. Place was even more roomy than expected. We do wish they had black out curtains since it was July when we stayed & AC can’t be turned lower than 72 so if you need it cooler than this may not be the place for you.”

“We had an excellent stay. Very close walk to the beach and no matter what time we went to the beach there was always plenty of space to not feel crowded. House had all the amenities we needed and was very comfortable. Looked exactly as the pictures showed and was very clean. A/C worked perfectly and beds made us want to sleep in late. Very close to shops and great places to eat. Nice deck in the backyard with two outdoor showers, a grill area and big turf spot for the pup. Kitchen specifically had all the amenities we needed and the shed in the back was full of beach stuff (from chairs to a wagon to toys). House is off a main road but we had no issues with traffic as we made sure to back in the parking spots and a big plus was we couldn’t hear the traffic at all from inside. We would highly recommend staying here and will absolutely consider staying here on our next beach stay on the island. Thank you!”

“This property was in a perfect location...close to restaurants, shops, the beach and the bay! The pool was nice as was the outdoor area. The home itself was lovely and exactly as described. Our group consisted of 3 adult couples. With 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, we had privacy when we wanted it. It was very comfortable for all of us to be together downstairs in the dining room and living room. We appreciated the beach wagon, the cooler on wheels and the beach chairs/umbrella. The only issue we had with this property was the "fully stocked kitchen". There was no kitchen sponge, no kitchen towels (3 washcloth squares), no countertop cleaner, etc. This would make sense for long term rentals but not for weekend rentals.”

“Awesome home with an old Florida feel, situated in an excellent location. Close to the beach, a ton of restaurants and activities all within easy walking distance. The shuttle stop was also very close which gave us convenient access to the south end of the island. We will visit again!”

“Great location and fairly well-stocked kitchen, plus good beach amenities (though several items were damaged). Unfortunately, there were quite a few maintenance and safety issues—front door didn’t work properly, unstable rocks at the entrance caused an injury, and several outdoor features (bar, grill, shower) were unusable. Inside felt outdated with faulty faucets, a dripping sink, and a non-working garbage disposal. The driveway is also very narrow and difficult to navigate. For the price, we expected a more updated and well-maintained property.”

“The pet-friendly condo, Tequila Sunrise, was nice enough, but the cat hair on the couches bothered three in our party. The screened-in porch sits on the main road with a view of a large pond, which was nice. The pool was closed for the week and we weren't informed in advance, although there is another pool in the neighboring community we used. Guests are advised in the book of rules not to set the A/C below 72 degrees. No queen fold-out bed in either counch. Bring your own paper products, dish/laundry detergents, trash bags, etc.”
