“We had such a wonderful stay at Palm Villa! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. Maya and Tim were always so kind, friendly, and responsive whenever we had a question. We also really appreciated all the recommendations they gave us during our stay—they definitely helped make our trip even more enjoyable. We had a great experience from start to finish and would absolutely recommend Palm Villa to anyone visiting the area!”

“The stay itself was wonderful! Maya was very responsive, and helpful. I’m giving this place a 4/5 because it needed some minor updates. For starters the blinds in the kitchen over the sink were missing at least 10 panels, some of the TVs didn’t have remotes, or batteries. The furniture needs to be updated, a lot of scratches and dents. Also we weren’t told about the floats for the pool, the fishing poles, and other amenities in the garage. I don’t know if those were supposed to be available to us.”

“We had a wonderful multi generational vacation for two weeks in august! House had everything to make the stay comfortable and easy. Having a screened in, warm pool was a delight and we are absolutely spoiled by being able to swim whenever without mosquitoes or goosebumps! The layout makes a lot of sense for families with different sleep schedules and I loved that the kitchen, a bedroom and dining room looked out onto the whole pool. It was a great home base and gathering place for two sets of grandparents and young kids. My husband even got full work days in remotely. The neighborhood is great we even had white ibis stroll around! Maya our host was everything you could want. Highly recommend this home!”

“House was great ! Had everything we could have needed. The rental is driving distance to beaches, restaurants and many other things to do. Adding on the golf cart to our stay has been a great addition getting to the beach and around the neighborhood. Maya was quickly responsive with any questions we had during our stay.”

“Overall, my family and I had a great time! The outdoor area of this place is beautiful and perfect for entertaining. The inside of the house was clean when we arrived, although there were quite a few things that could use some maintenance and attention. That being said, it definitely wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed. The AC worked amazingly, and I really appreciated the amenities available for my babygirl. As a parent, you already know how convenient it is to have things like a high chair and playpen available! The kitchen was very spacious, and I appreciated having plenty of cookware and other essentials available. Most importantly, our family had a good time, so I really can’t complain too much. I would recommend staying here if you feel the price is right and you’re comfortable with a few things not being perfect. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and made some great memories!”

“This was the perfect location for our competition week. We were less than 8 minutes from the beach and restaurants. The home is beautiful and spacious with a nicely stocked kitchen. Maya was kind and responsive throughout our stay. I don’t think we knew the golf cart was $50 per day if desired, but it was a beautiful stay.”

“We just finished our stay and our family had a wonderful time. The canal views were beautiful and just as pictured. The boat dock was perfect. We rented a boat and they were easily able to drop it off and pick it up from this location. The house had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful, and the beverage fridge was so convenient. The movie room couch was as comfy as advertised. My son caught a catfish right off the dock. My other son loved the kayaks as well. The open concept of the kitchen living rooms were nice, as they allowed everyone in our multigenerational gathering to feel connected yet have their own space. The video games in the one room helped occupy young and mature alike, making my husband reminiscent of his youth. The string lights, tv by the pool, and underground pool lights created a great vibe. Maya was quick to offer a solution to any question or issue that arose. We had an amazing stay. Thanks for giving us the perfect space to make lasting family memories!”
