“I enjoyed this home, the only thing I didn’t like was how difficult it was to unlock the door to get in.”

“This AirBnB is in a great location. Easy to walk up to Brady St or down to downtown. The place was clean and the kitchen had a lot of supplies. My main problem was the ridiculously loud bed frame in the main bedroom. It was so loud that every time I moved in my sleep it woke me up. I was only there for a few days so it was alright but I would definitely not recommend for light sleepers.”

Bei uns gab es leider folgende kleine Negativpunkte, weshalb es 4 Sterne statt 5 gibt: In der Wohnung war ein massiv beissender Geruch von Reinigungsmittel in der Wohnung (was ggf. an unserer kurzfristigen Buchung gelegen haben könnte) - aber gerade mit Kindern nicht ideal und das zweite Bett (Schlafcouch) war nicht aufgebaut. Hier war schnell mittels Nachrichtenaustauschs Abhilfe geschafft, auch wenn kein entsprechender Deckenbezug vorhanden war, der war aufgrund der warmen Temperaturen überflüssig…”

“Pros: Excellent location. Great, walkable neighborhood. Bright, natural light, beautiful big skylit ceiling. Easy to access apartment, clear check-in and check-out instructions. Cons: Ventilation is howlingly loud at all hours regardless of thermostat setting. We visited in warm early fall, but even when we tried turning off A/C, the vent fan was still loud and strong. Unit is pretty beat up, in need or reinvestment. Paint and floors are extensively scuffed. 1 of 2 couches is broken down.”

“Everything was fine, mostly clean. Spacious and well decorated. The beds were super low and the mattresses way too soft for comfort. And when parking on the street with permit, no one tells you about parking on certain side of street each day.”

“Good location. Quiet. The unit could use some touch up paint & minor maintenance.”

“Like staying for just one night. It's not woth the money. It's not worth seeing pee stains on THE BED AT ALL😤. fruit flies was found in the coffee maker water holder, floors was somewhat stained. Everything else besides that was decent. I didn't touch any of the dishes. I wouldnt really recommend this place unless you want to be sleeping in pee stains!!”

“To start, our host was very responsive and kind. When our washing machine wasn't working. It was fixed quickly despite being a weekend and the host communicated with us throughout the process. The instructions for getting into the apartment were also clear and helpful. The actual space was cute, inviting and clean for the most part. Our biggest set-backs were the bathroom and noise. The shower was very dirty, had pink bacteria growing in it. The bedroom was cleaner but the pillow had an odor and another pillow had mascara on it. When we went to use the laundry machine, it was full of water, and wouldn't move on past the fill stage, which made me wonder how they washed some of our towels and sheets before our arrival. The neighbor upstairs stomped and blasted their music but I can tell the host has tried to minimize the noise with sound dampening panels. The busy street outside was also quite loud but somewhat expected.”

“Instantly when we arrive there were about 30 young people in the lobby; Party or something. Then when I and my mother got on elevator 4 people were on smoking weed. The hallways were in need of repair. And the Airbnb was not really clean. This place was so small . You would not believe it. The size of my closet, literally. I have stayed at this host other properties . “ FlexHomes” I would strongly!! suggest you stay away from any of these properties. The Host does not care about their Guests. Thats my personal Opinion. Safe Travels 😊”

“The apt was not clean when we arrived. They did clean upon request and photo evidence needed. Price was ok but the garage parking was annoying as entry qr code had to be pulled from air b&b and could not be saved to wallet”
