“Worked quite well for my family and I. Very accessible location near I 40. There is a golf course adjacent to the property and we were able to walk the course on the cart path in early morning and at twilight. Kitchen was stocked w plenty of pots, pans, necessities, etc. There was a steel exterior security door that locked from the inside that allowed for extra security. I spoke with one of the neighbors who was a full time resident and didn’t have any issues with him. I messaged the host once and heard back from her in a timely manner. All in all, my wife and I could not have been more pleased with the setup at the price we paid. Thx, Tom”

“The house looked great inside & outside. It just didn’t work great inside, None of the toilets worked upstairs, had to use a plunger after each use along with multiple attempts at flushing toilet. The air conditioning did not work, in any room. The basement restroom downstairs had a considerable amount of mold which wouldn’t have really bothered us but unfortunately the guest staying downstairs was highly allergic👎👎. Overall the place kept us warm and dry and was a place to stay for our short stay in Flagstaff..”

“Floors throughout the space were uneven, almost a walking hazard in each of the three rooms...should have been mentioned in the description. Outside steps to the place were crumbling. Really surprised the previous reviews did not address the flooring issues. Drawer bottom (in the other than king bedroom), was missing, in disrepair. Kitchen area was very cramped due to sofa, chairs and table in the small space. Bathroom was totally cramped, shower door would only open about 30 degrees with the sink in front of it. Bathroom was entered by way of the kitchen, very inconvenient with another couple sitting in the kitchen. This was not anywhere close to my expectations and I have stayed in many airbnb places throughout the US and Europe.”
