“My husband and I stayed in this beach front condo for 4 nights. The view from the condo is beautiful! The beach was right outside our door. We appreciated the beach chairs towels and umbrella. The beach was mostly empty at this time of year as was the pool. New split system a/c ceiling fans plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Bed was comfortable. We didn't hear any noise from other units. The condo itself is a little run down. Bricks from outside step just laying off to the side, cracked and missing tiles in the bathroom. Large area of wall in kitchen appears to have had some renovation started and not completed. The floors were sandy, and there was old spilled coffee under the toaster which I found while killing ants which were all around the countertop. We moved the ant traps to the floor and it helped lesson the amount on the countertop. Plus we sprayed ant killer daily. Had to keep crackers bread cookies etc in the refrigerator. Ants in the bathroom. Could be due to rain.”

“Even though the view was nice there were some major issues that need to be addressed.. We were disappointed with our stay. While the location was convenient, the property had several issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. The entry platform was damaged and appeared to be a safety hazard. The laundry area was cramped with a handwritten note about hot water only. The washing machine stopped mid-cycle and never completed the rinse or spin, leaving our clothes soaking wet. We then tried using the dryer, but although it turned on, the drum didn’t spin, so our clothes were hot but still wet. Most concerning, we found a cockroach inside the unit and there were also ants in the kitchen during our stay. These maintenance, cleanliness, and appliance issues(front left stove burner does not work) and it made the stay much less enjoyable. Hope the host addresses these issues so future guests have a better experience.”
