“Amazing !! Words can’t even explain how beautiful the Airbnb was. My children loved every moment of it and we’ll definitely recommend this place to all friends and family!!”airbnb

“Beautiful home. My kids loved this house and couldn’t wait to go back after our Disney days. Great for adults too.”airbnb

“Great place to stay for kids of all ages. Disney themed rooms for the kids & playrooms were awesome. We truly appreciated the adult rooms with king sized beds being non-themed. The down sides: Amenities not as listed. No crib and coffee maker was not as described even though I specifically asked prior (#4 filters needed). Lack of or inadequate kitchen supplies (plenty of plates/bowls/glasses/utensils) however, appliances are difficult to operate. Cheapest cookware and knives (horribly dull and basically unusable). No mixing bowl, no cheese grater. Ice maker barely worked. Only 2 dishcloths and 1 cheap sponge - definitely not enough for a house that large. We had 9 adults and 3 kids and had difficulty doing dishes even though we brought our own dish soap and dishwasher tabs. Bathroom soap too small even for hand washing. I had to purchase more than anticipated of everything. Communication was obviously AI generated and not generally helpful.”airbnb

“Overall the house was great everyone enjoyed it my sister actually wants to go back to the same house I understand they are there to make money but as upon a time they need to shut down and clean the interior of the house the carpets the living room furniture the kitchen chairs comforters of the children’s room all was filthy very filthy the dryer needs to be inspected it doesn’t dry well when are the doors fell off in one of the rooms but overall it was a wonderful house if you all get those things completed you will have no complaints”airbnb

“I rented the Airbnb for my church youth group and they had a blast. However, after day one I noticed hundreds of ants crawling up the wall in a corner and throughout the carpet in one of the King Master bedroom. I notified owner and nothing was resolved. I was told because we were only staying two days nothing could be done. I believe customer service is first especially since the code of the Airbnb is high, I expected at least the basic cleanliness and that includes an insect problem. Also, all chairs at the dining table and kitchen bar are filthy and need to be replaced expeditiously.”airbnb

“The 10 bedroom home with a pool was absolutely beautiful and the host was responsive and accommodating. However, we were not made aware when we booked that the gate would only be allowing 6 cars for the residence. In addition to local family, we had family coming in from alot of different places. I arrived first and was able to enter without difficulty but the staff at the gate denied entry to the subsequently arriving family stating that their names were not on the approved list even though I sent the names of all adults that were staying in the home, on the same list ,days earlier. We chose the location because we have a big family and the size of the house would have been accommodating. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing difficulties at the gate, getting together was just not possible. I wish we would have known about the limitations when we booked so that we could have made alternate arrangements. If not for the troubles at the gate it would have been perfect for us”airbnb

“The pool was hotter then the hot tub and the price to use a grill isn’t worth it at all”airbnb

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, spacious, and the host was responsive. She also allowed us to check in two hours early at no extra charge, which we appreciated. We paid for pool/spa heat, but it wasn't activated until Friday afternoon after a technician discovered it had simply never been turned on. Since we arrived Thursday, we lost a significant portion of the heated pool time we paid for. The Wi-Fi constantly disconnected and was too slow to be useful. We were also surprised by the number of signs warning of fines (including wearing shoes upstairs), so I'd recommend asking for the full house rules before booking. After requesting a prorated refund, we were questioned about a broken BBQ lock. Ironically, the technician had taken photos of us using the BBQ grill we brought with us, not the property's grill, yet we were still accused of using theirs. That left a disappointnig final impression.”airbnb
