“The home was beautiful and clean. Looked just like the pictures and very spacious, the kids loved it. There was lots of parking and it was easy to get into the house. The only downside is there weren’t enough essentials like paper towels, toilet paper and washcloths but you were advised to bring your own before hand. Also the downstairs showers don’t get very hot. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for the kids and would definitely recommend.”

“5star was very helpful from the moment we got to the security gate. That part was a bit confusing when the QR code did not work. But, they explained what to do and how to circumvent the issue for the rest of our visit. The couple of hookups we did experience were conveyed and fixed promptly, within hours. The pool and spa were very nice. The home had plenty of space for our entire party of 14. We did have constant laundry going for the pool towels and the bath towels. No personal washcloths supplied. The WiFi signal worked well once we connected with the QR code supplied all over the that was helpful. The electrical outlets were the only issue. Several did not work. Our entire party agreed we would stay here again. Thank you for the great communication and a lovely home.”

“We stay in several air b n bs a year for work and two family trips and have always had pleasant stays. Most are super convenient and really thought through of all things you could possibly need. Even giving you extras to use. For this house specifically, The house is beautiful as described and very cool for the kids, tons of things to keep them busy. A few things in case you visit this house. The beds are very hard. For some they may like this, but for us- not so much. We had some pots and dishes that were dirty (fine we washed them) There are no hand towels to dry your hands after washing them. Or wash clothes- they did notate that there would be no wash clothes prior, but not convenient. No steak knives other than one that we shared for our family of 11 or no can opener readily available. They did send someone to the house with a can opener but it was already to late, we door dashed one. Microwave was broken The pool is not really private being so close to the houses”

“My family had a wonderful time at this home. The themed rooms were all fantastic and fun. The car game with the actual movement of feeling like you're driving a car was the biggest hit. The pool was heated perfectly. However, all of the clean towels throughout the house were damp/wet when we arrived. Be sure to bring extra garbage bags for the kitchen if you're staying more than a couple of days.”

“Great house in theory but seemed rushed and not complete. Many items could cause injury like the playroom they have boards not nailed down and no safety rail and loose shower drains. When pointed out the host tried to diminish saying the playroom was for visual appeal and only "light recreation". Seems the garage was turned into a play room without safety in mind.”
