“The stay was great and we love your place. So conveniently located for fishing access to the bay. You need to check on the gas grill. We found a line that was leaking and the propane tank onsite was empty. We exchanged tank for a new full one and left onsite. We were unable to use the gas grill. I'm pretty sure I left a red handled net in the boat lift area. Please save for me and I will pickup the next time I'm down. Thanks, Carlos Rodriguez”airbnb

“Amazing property. Stayed here with a few friends for a bay fishing trip. Big balcony with stunning views of the water. Well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and great natural light. Five minute drive to the launching point for fishing charters. We'd definitely stay here again.”airbnb

“Great house with a boat slip, easy access to anywhere you would want to go on the water. House was clean, rooms were setup nice, and kitchen was great. Would rent again in the future!”airbnb

“This is by far our favorite place to stay in POC. Comfortable bed, AC works great, clean, plenty of room for my truck and 23’ boat. Deck is perfect for sun downers with the wife.”airbnb

“Great place to stay for all - especially anglers with boats. Covered parking, electric outlets, fresh water hose, good lighting. Just up the street is Hurricane Junction restaurant- one of the best in POC. The home has absolutely anything & everything you would need for a stay of any length. Just bring your own consumables like aluminum foil, ziplocs, oil, seasonings, etc.”airbnb

“Overall, our stay was okay for the price, and the location was a plus since it was within walking distance of the beach. However, the property could use better maintenance and cleaning. The kitchenette, especially the old refrigerator, was quite dirty and could benefit from a thorough cleaning or renovation. One major issue was that the upstairs air conditioner was not working properly, which made that area uncomfortable. The bathrooms were very small and did not have shower curtains, making them less convenient to use. The house also felt overcrowded with furniture, leaving very little space to move around. Although the listing accommodates up to 10 guests, having only two small bathrooms is not sufficient for a group of that size. With improved cleanliness, working air conditioning, and some updates to the kitchen and layout, this property could provide a much better guest experience.”airbnb

“The place was great, the host not so much. He made us drive to some random office and get a key out of a mailbox instead of just having a combination lock on the door. We arrived late at night and he was very unhelpful in us getting the key. Then when we were there, we couldn’t figure out the Wi-Fi password instead of just telling us the Wi-Fi password. He told us that we should look on the envelope that the key came in and it would be there. When we did even then it took us a while to decode the fact that the office phone number was the Wi-Fi password, he should’ve just told us the office phone number is the Wi-Fi password. Then when it came time to check out instead of just leaving the key and leaving we had to drive all the way back to his office and drop the key off. His responses were short, giving me the feeling that we were bothering him by paying him money for his place”airbnb
