First Flight Rentals's guest rating of 4.75 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Best unobstructed view. Great space for a family of four. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the appliances and cookware we needed. Washer and dryer worked well. On site restaurant is of good quality. Of note the indoor pool is not heated so be prepared for that. Parking is very easy and can accommodate a larger vehicle but nothing larger than a standard truck. The property does not come with beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, ext so we had to purchase those items when we arrived and had to throw them out when we flew back. But they did have normal bath towels. Because of that the place was more of a hotel/motel experience without daily housekeeping with a condo layout instead of a traditional “Airbnb” rental. They did have a broom but not a vacuum cleaner to help clean up during checkout. Covered deck is wide but not very long so it has standard chair but you’re unable to put your feet up unless you put two chairs together. Overall very happy and priced appropriately.”airbnb

“Renovated three bedroom condo was perfect for our family of four. Fully stocked kitchen and large dining room table was great for game nights with our boys. Easy walking distance to the beach (just across the street) and pool access. Lots of restaurants close by. Would book again for future visits!”airbnb

“Jeff never responded when we were not provided a code to get inside and were locked out for three hours past our check in time. Finally the reality company responded then hung up and texted but was also slow to respond even though they knew we were sitting outside with groceries. Jeff is actually out the host it is a reality company so that would have been nice to know. The number to contact was Jeff’s number but he never responded or answered. The place was in a nice location and the view was beautiful.”airbnb

“I would gave it a 5 star but I can’t because the condo wasn’t cleaned. My husband arrived around 6pm or little after. When he open the door it had a smell like ammonia of pet pee. Then he noticed that the beds hadn’t been made or changed the sheets. The used towels were in the floor in every room. The floor hadn’t been swept. You can see that the dust under the couch, under the tables. I know you can’t expect spring cleaning or anything like everything should be wiped down but you can tell this place needs a good cleaning. The floors were so bad you can feel sand everywhere. You can tell the floors hadn’t been mopped in weeks. My husband finally got a hold a lady and she was nice and apologized to him and she was going to compensate us but she never did or hear from her. She finally got a cleaning crew to come over at 9:30 at NIGHT! 2 people showed up and all they did was change the sheets and made the bed and gave us clean towels. They didn’t even sweep the floors or bathrooms.”airbnb

“We had a great stay. Condo is huge and close to the beach. Great restaurants and ice cream spots all walkable. Swells’a brewery right next door. Ocean water was almost crystal clear and beach is huge and plenty of shallow areas for kids when tide is out. Everything was very clean and as described. Tons of books, games and puzzles in the condo. Also tons of kitchen furnishings. Our only gripe, which was out of hosts control was that a large refrigerated truck parked directly underneath the ocean view balcony 4 of our 7 nights. The parking on this side is for the Ramada across the street but very annoying that the truck was running the whole time so we really couldn’t enjoy that balcony in afternoon and Evening due to sound and diesel fumes. Again out of their control but maybe the host can investigate and try to prevent this in the future. Calls to Ramada manager were unreturned. Would have give 5 stars if not for truck situation.”airbnb

“The location was fantastic and the place itself was beautiful and spacious. The deck was great for hanging out and had nice views of the sound. Unfortunately the kitchen counters weren't wiped fully and the floors were very dirty! Our feet and socks were black on the bottom from walking around. A bit strange since there was a note from the cleaners requesting tips. There were no baking sheets, no shower curtain liner in the main bath and the vanity light didn't work. we did purchase a shower curtain liner to be sure there was no water damage during the week. There was a light out on the balcony which was unfortunate because we planned to play games outside, but didn't have enough light. The wifi password changed at 10:30 pm 12 hours before check out, we couldnt finish the movie we were watching or fall asleep with the TV on. These things didn't ruin our trip by any means but are easy fixes that could have made the experience more enjoyable. Overall we had a great stay and vacation.”airbnb

“We did enjoy our stay at the house. The house itself is very nice. The cleanliness of the house overall was just okay. We had to rewash all towels and some of the bedding as there were hairs on the pillow cases, towels and wash cloths even though the towels and wash cloths were wrapped up as clean. The master shower also had hairs in it as well. There were still crumbs on the living room tables. The upstairs door leading out to the deck in the back leaks when it rains. We woke up two different mornings to a lot of water that had come in over night when it rained. We did contact the rental company about that and a TV not working. They did send someone out to fix the TV but nothing was done about the water coming in. There is a doggy door on that door so I am not sure if the rain was coming in through that or not. Also, the kitchen is on the top level so it is a pain carrying groceries up 3 flights of stairs. The grill is on the bottom level so if you are grilling keep that in mind.”airbnb
