“The place is bigger than expected. Beds are comfortable and a ton of kitchen utensils. Very convent to all things in Orlando and very quiet neighborhood. Just a note, the true master suite is on the second floor.”

“The house is quite spacious and overall nicely decorated, with plenty of room for a larger family or group. The location is also convenient for those primarily visiting the Disney parks. If Universal is the main purpose of your trip, keep in mind that the drive will be longer. Unfortunately, our biggest concern during the stay was cleanliness. We found a total of six roaches throughout the house—two alive and the rest dead. We found them in different areas, including the kitchen and even on top of one of the beds. We also noticed that some of the bed linens did not seem as clean as we would have expected. The house had TVs equipped with Fire TV; however, at least one of the Fire TV devices was not working during our stay, so we were unable to use that television to watch anything. The house itself has a lot of potential, especially because of its size and proximity to Disney, but the pest issue and the cleanliness of the linens definitely need more attention.”

“Our stay was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we found the property was not as clean as expected. There was excessive dust throughout the home, multiple stains on the walls, doors, and ceilings, and the overall condition did not match the listing photos. We also discovered German cockroaches and other bugs during our stay, which made us feel uncomfortable. We contacted the host about the cleanliness, and while they offered to send cleaners, we had already unpacked our belongings and did not feel comfortable having people enter the property after we had settled in. This should have been addressed before guests arrived. When we later informed the host about the cockroach issue, we did not receive a response. The lack of communication regarding such a serious concern was frustrating. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations based on the listing, and the cleanliness and pest issues significantly impacted our experience. I hope these concerns are addressed for future guests”
