“Marriott Surfside was great! The villa was well equipped, clean and spacious. Our Finding Meili experience was not seamless unfortunately. When we arrived to check in, the reservation was in my name but did not include my address, phone or email so we had to get a manager involved to allow us to check in and confirm we were not scammed. We also had issues with transparency and charges which was pointed out from the Marriott staff. I would rent directly from Marriott going forward.”

“I didn’t like towel cards. You pay a lot of money for stay , and they only give you towels with cards. If you lose the card, you have to pay $25.”
