“Stayed here for more than 3weeks. Without any hassle.”

“There were signs they did clean, but still alot of trash all around. I sent pics to the management of cigarette butts, wrappers & plastic cups in & around the pool, drink bottles & trash in game room, popcorn under the couch & food crumbs under the dining table as well as remnants of ribbon & balloons hanging on the walls. I started cleaning with Lysol wipes I brought & a broom I found in the closet & tried to make the best of it. I did send them pictures of all the mess & items that we saw already broken throughout the house, sticky stuff down the side of the movie chairs. Then the Jacuzzi wasn't working so we booked I reached out. After alot of back and fourth they said they would send someone to fix it. 5 days into our trip they finally got someone to "fix" it but the bubbles were so crazy they were flying 1-1.5 feet up out of the water so we didnt get to use it. We all had bad allergies & hives by the end of the trip. Also they didnt have a single washcloth or handtowel.”

“The location was perfect. The house is large and well decorated. Very quiet area. The quantity of utensils and dishes are more than needed, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool area gets more than enough sun, so enjoying the pool is a must. Very close to the clubhouse, within walking distance.”

“The house needs to be cleaned properly and the couch needs to be replaced. There was hair left on the bath towels that were available at the home, but no wash cloths were available. We paid for early check in and had to deep clean the bathrooms due to hair being everywhere including it looking like someone shaved in the bathroom and the cleaners didn’t clean properly. We communicated with the host about noted damages, lack of washcloths and hairy towels, how the house wasn’t cleaned, and downstairs thermostat issues. We checked in at 2:30 immediately contacted host and Airbnb, new towels and wash clothes weren’t delivered until 7:30 after we had already left for dinner. One stain on the staircase was cleaned up and the broken closet door and tv drawer was fixed but nothing else was done. The house really could have used a deep cleaning. We also was made aware after we arrived that it cost $175 to heat jacuzzi as well. The thermostat stayed 75 downstairs.”
