“My fiancé and I, along with friends loved our stay. As we are all full time students and full time workers we certainly needed a well deserved vacation. And we got exactly what we needed. Communication was wonderful , instructions and information were greatly delivered. The home was so beautiful, peaceful and felt like our own private get away. As someone with OCD it was so nice to stay in a clean, well kept space that had everything we needed! Certainly couldn’t recommend more!”

“the code to the lock box was wrong so had to wait for someone to assist, informed them of a soft spot in the wall coming down the stairs which led to them asking if we knew there was a soft spot in the floor upstairs :(, to find out early evening there was not shade for upstairs windows and the slide is broken (did not get a reply til the next day), asked to check in alittle early was not replied to til next day and several times told they had the days/location confused with someone else and main door you could lock but if you jiggled the door it opens back up. The house itself was prefect. Fit our needs. Would be something we would rent again if the major issues fixed. But the price we paid was little much to have some major issues we were not made aware of before hand.”

“We had a great stay at this house! The pool was amazing and our group hung out there most of the weekend! The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook a few meals. One of the beds had sheets with a large stain on them, but when I reached out to Charles he was very responsive and had the sheets changed ASAP. I really appreciated how responsive and friendly Charles was! Overall a great stay and would recommend!”

“We had an awesome stay at this house in Rockport, TX. The location couldn’t have been better—right on Copano Bay with a private dock that had lights, which made it perfect for relaxing in the evenings (and even a little nighttime fishing). The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Everything felt easy and laid-back, exactly what you want for a coastal getaway. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor space—plenty of room to hang out, enjoy the view, and spend time together. A big bonus is the private boat ramp, which would be perfect if you’re bringing a boat along. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely come back.”

“We had a perfect stay. Celebrated our youngest turning 8 and Easter weekend. the home was beautiful, clean, and well appointed with cooking utensils etc. We were able to walk to one of our favorite restaurants The Boiling Pot. Having the pool was awesome so the kids could start and end their days with swimming. We cant wait to come back. 😊”
