“Stayed for a summer internship.”

“Stayed between Jul 9th -Aug 14th for a work trip. Pros - Nice clean apartment with lots of space. Cons - Poor noise insulation, loud noise and loud music were a continuous issue during our stay. There is an apartment upstairs managed by the host, the occupants of this apartment were very disruptive and disrespectful. They loitered outside the property entrance most evenings, drinking + smoking and held multiple parties on weekends + week nights. Parking on the premises driveway was not practical during our stay. There was between 4-8 vehicles parked in the garage and driveway each afternoon. However, street parking is free and was available throughout our stay. Closing - Overall the apartment is nice and has potential to be a very pleasant stay. Unfortunately based on my stay experience, I could not in good conscious recommend staying here for work trips, or for families with young children, until steps are taken to prevent these issues going forward.”

“Unfortunately I can't recommend this stay. The apartment had several unresolved issues throughout our time there. The internet was consistently far too slow to be usable for work — after multiple requests, a technician came out once, it worked for about a day, and the problem returned with no further follow-up. I ended up having to buy my own mobile WiFi to get any work done. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom (only a small unit in the living room), and the bedroom ceiling fan was very noisy, which made sleeping difficult — this was never addressed despite being raised with the host. The hallway and entryway carpeting in the building was also visibly filthy and worn/torn for the entire stay. When issues came up, communication with the host felt dismissive rather than helpful, which made it difficult to get anything resolved. We stayed because relocating wasn't an option for us at the time. The host must fix the internet, bedroom cooling/noise, and cleanliness issues.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here while working temporarily at a local hospital. It felt like home away from home. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Private. 4 apartment building. Never saw my neighbors. Although you can hear people walking. It’s an older building. Expected. But renovated. Very nice. Lots to do within walking distance. If I ever have an extended stay in Cincy again I would absolutely stay here.”

“Great neighborhood. The apartment can get a bit stuffy in the summer months on account of poor ventilation. But very cozy and good place to stay”

“It was a nice stay just wall thin plus very very nosey neighbors no privacy at all . Other than that I loved the stay…. If had other neighbors and privacy would’ve stayed again”
