“Great location! Very close to RMNP. The airbnb satisfied all our needs and the fenced in yard was very convenient for our dog. Can get a bit hot during the day but turning on the fans and opening windows usually did the trick!”

“Highly recommend!! This place was absolutely breathtaking with beautiful views. The listing did seem a bit confusing as it said 3 bedrooms, but technically there are 4 if you count the daybed room. Maybe it didn't have a closet to be counted as a bedroom? But plenty of room for big family gatherings. Pros: mountain views, location, layout to give you some separation when needed with big families. Tons of board games, gaming systems, extra box fans for each room, both coffee makers (drip and keurig). Fully stocked kitchen w/spices. They even setup a Christmas tree for our Christmas stay which was lovely. :) Cons: there are 2 living rooms which was great but the living room upstairs really needs a TV since its in the main space. downstairs living room was fine. But if you have a big family, adults may lean to one living room while the kids take over another so two tv rooms would be ideal. And the beds were too firm for us. Suggest the owners to have foam toppers on hand, if needed.”

“This cabin was Great! Very spacious. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly even on Thanksgiving! House as all the amenities we needed for a Thanksgiving dinner. 6 adults and 2 small children we were never crowded.we hope to make this are go to vacation spot for years to come!”

“We loved this place and couldn’t recommend it more just off location alone. Cabin was great for what we needed. Drive right by it on highway, so easy to get to. Easy drive into Estes from there. Awesome place!”

“I’ll start by saying that the location is great, the accessibility to Rocky Mountain national park was unmatched. However, the photos of the property pictured with the stream is misleading because that is not the property we stayed at so I would say the advertising tricked us and was disappointing. I originally booked this property due to the photos showing a cabin, stream, hot tub & outdoor patio which we did not get. I’d say the property itself was decent but not worth the price. There were also stains on a blanket, flies in the cabin. The host was responsive when we were lost and could not find the property which was helpful. I think displaying photos of the outside of the property would help guests, we kept driving for 30ish minutes around trying to find the advertised cabin which is across the stream.”
