“The townhome was beautiful and extremely clean! The view from the balcony was lovely, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were a lot of fun movies and games available to be enjoyed.”

“We initially had a few issues with the unit, the fireplace didn’t work, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling and there was only enough coffee for 1 day (we stayed for 3). The management company responded by sending a very nice gentleman to bring us coffee and he fixed the exhaust fan. Someone else had to fix the fireplace. The condo itself is a ground level unit and had enough room for 2 people. We especially enjoyed opening the sliding door to the porch and listening to the creek in the back yard. It was very peaceful. The bedroom has a queen size bed with very nice bedding. The white guest info book was especially helpful and contained lots of useful info about the condo and the area.”

“The house was beautiful and great location for getting into park. It was a little pricey with only 2 of the bedrooms having their own bathroom. Other than that, the place was perfect. Nice hot tub, gas grill and outside fireplace. The house was well stocked with games, foosball and darts for the kids. Kitchen was very well stocked with spices and dishes. We had 7 adults and 4 kids and would definitely stay again.”

“We did enjoy our stay, beautiful surroundings. The house was hot when we arrived, 83 degrees, we knew there was no air conditioning but the propery management company could have turned the ceiling fans on. The screens on the sliding doors were not operational.”

“This is NOT secluded. It’s in a building full of apartment style homes and A LOT of them. The photo on here I assumed was the building was actually the building across the stream. The walls are crazy thin so you hear everyone. The pull out couch was terrible to sleep on. About the only thing we enjoyed was a stream and elk sightings. There is a kitchen to cook in which was nice. Nothing crazy but did the trick. The location is fairly close to Estes so that trip was easy. Overall I just felt this was not as presented on here.”

“Location is great - close to RMNP, and we had a roof over our heads. That's where the positives end, especially for $1,800 for 3 nights. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Bedsheets had hair on them and one was torn. Multiple towels were visibly unclean. One of the curtains wawere torn. The hot water had a strong sulphur smell throughout our stay. There were zero charging points anywhere near the beds - a basic expectation at this price point. Getting there was its own ordeal - no signage at the turn, and the property number was missing from the neighborhood board that listed every other house. We spent a significant amount of time just trying to locate the place after a long travel day. All of the above has been documented - photos and a full video walkthrough of the property upon checkout exist as proof of the condition we found and left it in. This property is not well maintained and does not come close to justifying the price. Would not return and would not recommend.”
