Manager Review

Estes Park Property Management

Estes Park Property Management's guest rating of 4.75 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Very clean, very safe and quite comfortable. Close to highway and lots of traffic noise.

The cabin itself is lovely, and I would gladly return—if it weren’t for the property manager. The handbook clearly showed a check-in time of 3 PM when we booked. After I questioned it, the manager apparently changed it to 4 PM and then insisted it had always been 4. My wife and I both saw 3 PM the night before, so the way it was handled felt extremely shady and dishonest. A simple “sorry, that information was incorrect” would have solved everything. Also, if you’re accustomed to having AC, be warned: this isn’t a great summer stay. A portable AC unit costs a couple hundred dollars and would make a huge difference.

This was a great place for our family to stay at while we ventured around Estes park and Rocky Mountain national park. Clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of three. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the two guest rooms were really musty smelling so our three year old ending up sleeping with us because those rooms made her allergies flare up. Not a huge deal but kind of annoying.

This is NOT secluded. It’s in a building full of apartment style homes and A LOT of them. The photo on here I assumed was the building was actually the building across the stream. The walls are crazy thin so you hear everyone. The pull out couch was terrible to sleep on. About the only thing we enjoyed was a stream and elk sightings. There is a kitchen to cook in which was nice. Nothing crazy but did the trick. The location is fairly close to Estes so that trip was easy. Overall I just felt this was not as presented on here.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated a fully stocked kitchen as we cooked most of our meals! The house was pretty warm during the day but every bedroom had a fan and the cool temperatures at night were lovely. Satisfied overall with our stay. Thanks!

The property needs maintenance and is not safe to stay at. We ended paying 500$ a night for a mediocre stay that ruined our only family vacation.

Location is great - close to RMNP, and we had a roof over our heads. That's where the positives end, especially for $1,800 for 3 nights. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Bedsheets had hair on them and one was torn. Multiple towels were visibly unclean. One of the curtains wawere torn. The hot water had a strong sulphur smell throughout our stay. There were zero charging points anywhere near the beds - a basic expectation at this price point. Getting there was its own ordeal - no signage at the turn, and the property number was missing from the neighborhood board that listed every other house. We spent a significant amount of time just trying to locate the place after a long travel day. All of the above has been documented - photos and a full video walkthrough of the property upon checkout exist as proof of the condition we found and left it in. This property is not well maintained and does not come close to justifying the price. Would not return and would not recommend.

We arrived Friday evening, it was very hot and very loud being right next to the road. We didn’t take any showers that night, only flushed the toilet a few times and filled our water bottles. Saturday morning we woke up and there was no water - we messaged Estates Park Property Management and their response was that had never happened before. The water came back on a couple hours later but was only on for a short time, enough for two extremely quick showers and then was off again. The frequency of the water turning back on got worse over our stay, and sometimes would only be a trickle that lasted for a couple minutes and then would be off again. We essentially had no water for our entire stay - which was very stressful because we had a baby with us, and not what was expected for the price we had paid. The property manager was rude, condescending, and just told us we were using too much water. Do not recommend.

We have stayed in many Airbnb properties and have never experienced anything like this. One of the main reasons we booked this property was the advertised fenced, dog-friendly yard. Upon arrival, the yard was severely overgrown with grass and weeds, making it unusable for our dogs. While inspecting the property, we found multiple dead rodents in the backyard and rodent droppings inside a closet. Due to the health and sanitation concerns these conditions created for both us and our dogs, we left shortly after arrival and secured alternate accommodations. We did not stay overnight. We immediately notified the host, provided photographs documenting our concerns, and attempted to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, no refund was provided, and we were directed to Airbnb support. After a two-day drive to reach this property, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I hope this review helps future guests make an informed decision.
