“This was the perfect place for our family vacation. House was spacious and allowed for our whole family to feel comfortable without feeling like we were on top of each other. The back porch was perfect for morning coffee and winding down in the evenings. The location was perfect and the walk to the beach was easy even with kids. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and hopefully this house is available again when we return to Kiawah.”

“The location is awesome! Beautiful surroundings, easy walk to the beach. We loved the screened in patio, super relaxing for lazy mornings. Also loved the big dining table for family dinners.”

“The location is good. It’s very close to the beach. There’s some minor maintenance issues and wear and tear that was unexpected for a “new renovation.” Not a deal breaker though. Main reason for a lower rating was the bug issue (including ants and roaches) which we reported at the beginning and the end of our stay but was never acknowledged.”

“The island is amazing very beautiful location. Everything was very clean. The community pool hours were a little too steep and strict closing very early . Check-in was a little bit too late and check out was a little bit too early other than that everything was great!”

“Nice visit. Construction noise and dirty furniture made the outdoor spaces unusable.”

“We had a good experience overall, with our only real issue being the front door. It was very difficult to open and really should be repaired or replaced so guests do not have to struggle with it. We were told to use the garage for entry and exit, but that would have required leaving the garage door unlocked, which we were not comfortable with. Kiawah Island itself was an amazing area—beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for going to the beach. The house itself was beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for. Aside from the door issue, everything else about our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the experience.”

“Absolutely beautiful home ! I will say if you’re new to Kiawah Island do your research. I grew up going to Seabrook Island so I thought finding the beach would be easy . More detailed directions for the beach would’ve been appreciated. But overall great stay !”

“Beautiful house that was very clean! We really enjoyed our stay. Only took off a star due to the lack of flexibility and amenities - specifically, no ability to provide baby items, charge to late check out, no access to community center without minimum stay, etc..it was jut very strict and not particularly personable. Also note, it’s easier to drive to the beach and park due to crossing the main road. Otherwise, well decorated and very clean.”
