“Quiet, relaxing, close to the beach. I'm used to staying on the beach but it was a very short walk from the villa. Huge pond, with alligators just steps away from the back porch. Saw an alligator at least twice a week. Great location, set up and overall we had a great time!”

“The place was comfortable, clean and very convenient location. The weekend parties were loud in the neighborhood and seemed to be quiet by 10. The pictures were different than the space we rented as furniture had changed. Overall the stay was good.”

“This place was amazing. The views were spectacular and we could see dolphins almost every time we looked out the windows. Very convenient to the beach and has a great community pool and community dock for fishing/kayaks.”

“Second time staying at this property. Very disappointed this time around, primarily because there were worms/catapillars everywhere in the house starting on day 2. When we complained, property manager was slow to respond adequately. When they did send a proper exterminator, that person showed up almost 2 hours late, wasting a good part of our afternoon. Even after extermination treatments, we still had worms crawling around in the bathrooms and kitchen floors till the morning we left. Other, less concerning issues during our stay - 1) door to one of kitchen cabinets fell apart 2) smoke detector battery ran out and chirped loudly all night. No spare batteries on hand. Had to take it down and stash it in garage until manager delivered new batteries next day 3) 2nd key in the keybox didn't open the front door 4) No additional toilet paper or papertowels in house. Only 2 tp rolls per bathroom for entire week, with no extras anywhere. Overall, very disappointed given what we paid.”

“The location is good. It’s very close to the beach. There’s some minor maintenance issues and wear and tear that was unexpected for a “new renovation.” Not a deal breaker though. Main reason for a lower rating was the bug issue (including ants and roaches) which we reported at the beginning and the end of our stay but was never acknowledged.”

“Beautiful house that was very clean! We really enjoyed our stay. Only took off a star due to the lack of flexibility and amenities - specifically, no ability to provide baby items, charge to late check out, no access to community center without minimum stay, etc..it was jut very strict and not particularly personable. Also note, it’s easier to drive to the beach and park due to crossing the main road. Otherwise, well decorated and very clean.”
