“We loved the cottage. It had a perfect view, quiet and peaceful. It’s private and the wildlife on property really made it even better. The cottage was pristine and still smelled brand new. We plan on coming back.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was beautiful, very spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was conveniently located close to downtown Blue Ridge while still feeling peaceful and secluded. The only minor issue was that the house became a bit warm on our last night, and the AC didn’t seem to be cooling as well as before. Other than that, everything was great. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!”

“This cabin was absolutely beautiful. It's sits right on the Toccoa River. The kitchen was great, although there were no skillets. Luckily we brought our own. We had plenty of space inside the cabin and outside. I would have given this cabin a 5 star rating, however I was very disappointed with the sofa sleepers. The mattresses were worn out and the springs were missing or broken. The mattresses were also dirty. The sofa sleepers need to be replaced. The sofa sleepers did not accommodate some of our group. If I rent this cabin again I will make sure to bring air mattresses just in case the sofa beds are not replaced. We did have a great time otherwise.”

“The house was beautiful. The inside was beautiful. There was no hot tub though. The hosts did not communicate in the app. They did not respond so I had to call them. They didn’t supply laundry detergent which I thought was something they should supply. They didn’t post no laundry detergent though. There were no paddles for the kayaks either.”

“My Entire Family Chose this Beautiful Cabin because of the Privacy and Spacious Layout/Design of the House. It looks exactly how it does in the Airbnb Photos. The Surroundings/Driveway Landscape were so Beautiful & Well-Kept. It was about 10 minutes up the Road from Mercier Orchards and about 15-18 minutes into the Town Center of Blue Ridge. The Views on the Top Catwalk Balcony were so Beautiful especially in the Mornings when the Mist/Fog Surrounds the Mountains in the Distance. We never heard any Human-Made Noises or Voices only Native Birds and Nature in the Background. My Family would have given this Space 5-stars, But unfortunately we had to give it only a 4-Stars, due to the "4th Bedroom" Being outside, which was a detached Garage that was converted into a Bedroom with Bunk Beds. We COULD NOT use this "Bedroom" because it had a very Musky/Moldy smell, and disappointingly the Top Bunk was Dirty and it was not Cleaned/or Changed. Some Dishes were Dirty, so Note to Cleaning Crew!”

“The home is beautiful (though smaller than it appears in pictures) but I don’t think the cleaners are honest about their work. We were unable to use the back patio and jacuzzi due to poor cleaning, and the hosts were unwilling to believe us, even though photos were provided. A quick visit to the home would have convinced them I’m sure; very disappointing.”

“The stay was lovely. But the driveway is extremely steep and scrapped the bottom of the car the first time we pulled in. Other than not being warned about the driveway, the stay was excellent!”
