“The apartment as a whole was good, clean and comfortable. The excessive amount of rules and unfriendly building staff wasn’t that great. The excessive resort fees added on top of the price was not worth it. Charging $43 for every night spent, when you can only check in at 4pm and pool closes at sunset is not worth it. We attended to use the facilities upon opening at sunrise (mentioned in their rules) and we were declined access as they were not ready to allow customers shell after sunrise. Not much available to enjoy the facilities sadly.”

“The hotel was nice and in a great location, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. Although the beds and furniture were a bit uncomfortable, we were willing to overlook that because of the convenience of the location. I would have considered booking here again, but unfortunately, my experience changed when I was contacted and asked to reimburse the hotel for makeup stains on the bath towels. I understand that towels can get stained during normal use, but I feel that this is part of the regular upkeep and replacement hotels should anticipate when accommodating guests. This request left a negative impression and ultimately changed my mind about returning. The location was great, but the way this situation was handled was disappointing.”

“It was a beautiful hotel with great amenities but they have an extra fee whether you use them or not..The view was incredible but communication between host and hotel was not good and I did screenshots of the conversations I had with the host..we were locked out of our room because even though when I checked in, it showed the reservation was up until September 30. They had us down as checking out on the 28th and so they lock down where your key no longer works on the elevator or on your room door.. I also paid a $50 fee for a late checkout and the cleaning lady still showed up coming in without knocking and she did not speak English so she did not understand when I was trying to explain to her we had a late checkout for 1 o’clock, not 10 o’clock.Then we were locked out of our room yet again a second time because the host evidently did not communicate with the hotel to let them know we had paid for a late check out. a lot of noncommunication between host and hotel. Room view was awesome”

“Nuestra estadía fue de más de 40 días y pagamos cerca de US$12,000. Lamentablemente, el servicio no estuvo a la altura. Desde el inicio tuvimos que pagar una limpieza adicional porque el apartamento no estaba correctamente limpio. Durante la estadía el aire acondicionado falló en más de una ocasión; en una de ellas la respuesta fue básicamente reiniciar los breakers nosotros mismos y no enviaron técnico. También falló el calentador de agua: dijeron que enviarían a alguien, nunca llegó y luego indicaron que era responsabilidad del condominio. La alarma de incendio también presentó problemas y nos enviaron una batería por delivery para que nosotros mismos la cambiáramos. Al final, después de cuidar la propiedad y hasta reponer voluntariamente artículos por incidentes menores, nos reclamaron toallas y otros objetos faltantes, aunque después de nuestra salida entró un equipo externo de limpieza. La experiencia final fue decepcionante y no volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.”

“The place is beautiful , modern and clean. The linen was fresh and the beds were comfy. The place has a modern feel and was the perfect size for my group. On top of all of that, the view was amazing!”
