“We’ve visited the resort many times over the past 30 years. The views from this location are amazing. Everything on the main level was fantastic, clean, and well arranged. We had some degree of disappointment in the quality of beading, mattresses, and towels. The sheets and towels are of lower quality than expected in this price range. The mattresses seem stiff(in all rooms) and sagged somewhat in the master. There was also several stains in the carpet in the master, seems like it needed to be steem cleaned. The included bikes had flat tires and the chain was off leaving them inoperable. The pool, pickle ball courts, and grounds are all amazing!! We love the area and will return.”airbnb

“The HOA walked in the house unannounced. This is concerning being children were getting dressed at this time. Also my guest were not allowed to park in the guest parking, per HOA. Very nice place to stay, but we will not stay here again.”airbnb

“The rental was clean and in a great location. It’s standard as far as amenities… bar soap, cheap toilet paper (you’re gonna put a finger through it easily), no trash shoot, pillows… well we have better ones in the hospital ER. Regardless, the Condo was clean and had the standard stuff.”airbnb

“It was unfortunate that the rental was not adequately cleaned. The location is what we wanted and we knew that the rental had not been updated so this was not a disappointment. Has it not been for the inconvenience of a mid-rental- required cleaner the stay would have been fina.”airbnb

“We loved our stay at the house! It doesn’t come with beach towels and is a little under stocked as a beach house, but great for a large group. Cant contact the rental office except by phone.”airbnb

“Excellent location with direct beach access and close to town with lots of great restaurants and shopping. Plenty of room for four adults and two children. Large deck overlooking the ocean had adequate seating and a great view. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils, but there were no cooking supplies (oil, salt/pepper, coffee). More bowls and some food storage containers would have been nice. Minimal dish soap, dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, paper towel and toilet paper provided. Neither of the two microwaves functioned properly. The oven light was always on and wouldn't go off. No beach towels provided. The couch had a lingering odor of urine. Two bags of ice were provided that were appreciated.”airbnb

“One of our showers was not working. The drain was leaking. They could t fix right away. They did offer to move us but opted not to. The description also says that all beach essentials were there and there was none. We asked about it and didn't get a response. We ended up having to buy our own towels for beach. Everything else was nice. The seventh floor was beautiful and the waves peaceful.”airbnb

“First time in years using Airbnb I had to call to find out how to check in and how to check out. They send lots of messages and emails but none of those are directed to a specific property. Bunch of generic messages that are not helpful. They also do not provide shampoo or conditioner, neither do they provide beach towels. They want you to order everything from them. Basically they try to get every penny from you. It’s bizarre not to provide shampoo or conditioner or beach towels when your property is directly on a beach. We were driving so we brought our own, but it’s really unacceptable to not provide those things. Honestly, it shouldn’t be allowed for corporations to own single family homes. Place itself is beautiful and located in a wonderful area, a guest book has many nice reviews form the times when actual people rented the place and not a corporation.”airbnb

“Location, Location, Location-great ocean views. There is no grill and very limited beach supplies. Unlike almost every other property, no coffee or any basic cooking supplies. The fridge is not full-size and does not have an ice maker. Kitchen utensils were limited and unorganized. Bathroom toiletries are basically non-existent, as well as poor quality of towels. The screen door was so broken that we got locked in the unit and had to have another owner help us get out. Parking is hectic and unclear, with no designated spots. In fact, I damaged my ruck trying to park it in one of the smaller spots. The bottom line is that if you want a place to sleep with direct beach access, this will work.”airbnb

“The house was beautiful, but fair place that does not allow pets. There was dog hair everywhere. Not saying it wasn’t clean, but you could tell in the carpet and in the corners dog hair. And the realtor company that controls it will not reply to any messages on Airbnb. I asked them three questions while I was there for a month and never got an answer. The only way I figured out what day the trash went out was because I looked around and saw what anybody else’s trash went out. I had questions about the Wi-Fi that just went unanswered and I had to pick and choose and guess until I figured it out. The state was fine and there was nothing really wrong. It’s just annoying when the host refuses to respond or communicate.”airbnb
