“My family had an amazing vacation at Lucille30a. The home was beautiful, well appointed and provided plenty of space for our large family. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and just a short walk from private beach access and delicious local restaurants. Of all the vacation rentals I have made, Epiqhost was by far the best management company I have ever dealt with. The communication was amazing. From my questions before booking to after checking out today, each person I spoke with was friendly and extremely helpful. We loved the option to pay a small fee to check in a bit early as well as the link to Instacart which provided an easy way to stock up on groceries. A special “thank you” to Shelena and Mico for all their help in making our stay so special. We will definitely be booking with Epiqhost again soon!”

“Great stay! The house was very clean, and the host was responsive and provided clear, detailed instructions on what to expect during the stay. The location was perfect—just a short 3-minute walk to the beach. The water pressure in the second bathroom shower was a bit weak, but the shower in the master bedroom more than made up for it. There was plenty of space for my family, and we would definitely stay here again”

“The house was in a beautiful location. The host was very responsive, check in was easy, and it looked exactly like the photos. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.”

“Overall, we had a good stay at this location. The reason for the 3 star review is because we had two safety concerns during our visit. The first involved an unsafe design of the bunk bed ladder. Our child fell from the top bunk in the middle of the night, resulting in a knee injury. We feel the injury very easily could've been much, much worse and easily could have ruined our trip completely. The problem is that the way the ladder is built, there isn't a great place for hands to grab and hold on to while climbing down. We also had an issue during our stay with the punch code lock on the front door. It gave us one low battery warning and then died completely. We messaged our host right away and they instructed us not to lock the door until they could come replace the batteries, due to a high risk of getting locked out. The tech was there fairly quickly, and mentioned to us that this happens frequently, every 3 weeks or so. Aside from the above, we had a positive experience here.”

“Very good location. Located less than 100 yards from the beach. Partial view of beach/water from balcony. Overall condition of the unit is good. One kitchen cabinet door had a broken hinge, but reported it to host and they will repair it. Wifi was very good. Would strongly consider staying at this unit again.”

“i’ve stayed at several airbnbs and thus is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. I contacted the host due to finding A LINE of ants in both bathrooms and a roach. (I took pictures and videos for proof). The host suggested I wipe it off with a damp towel. For one, i’m not going on vacation to clean. Two, it’s not my job to clean the bugs in your place. This should be a standard for all airbnbs to not have any bugs. Upon sending them proof, they threatened to get their “legal team” involved claiming that I was harassing and threatening them. They tried to claim their infestation problem on my party and I saying that we brought them. However, i’m not for sure how it’s possible for us to bring roaches and ants to an airbnb when it was cleaned 3-4 hours prior to us arriving. They reported my account bc I called them out on the bugs they had. Very unprofessional and doesn’t take accountability. 0/10, definitely one of the worst experiences I had”
