“We loved the cleanliness, security and the absolutely gorgeous view. The host was really considerate and responsive. It's close to everything. We did quiet a bit of cooking and baking. The kitchen was equipped with basic pots and pans only. So be prepared if you plan to do the same. The bedroom window really needs curtains or something. It gets really hot and too bright to sleep.”

“The house and neighborhood were all amazing. The only issue was the walk to the beach. The golf cart was a big help but still a 15 minute walk . Lucille was fully stocked and very clean. The host was very quick to help with any issues . Great place!”

“This is our second year renting through Epiqhost. They have been wonderful. I asked if a mixer would be available to make my T1D son’s cake and they made sure there was one in the unit! Our fire alarm went off at 4am, they asked all appropriate questions, and had someone come out to change the alarm since it was a malfunction. They responded promptly with any other questions. I love the option to add additional hours for early check-in and check-out, since we fly our flight times vary each year. No one wants to be stuck with their children driving around for additional hours if not necessary. Can’t wait to book for next year!”

“Stayed here for our girls trip & absolutely enjoyed our stay! Walk to the beach was easy, restaurants and shopping was pretty close by, about 12-15min drive! Hosts were very proactive and responded quickly. Home was clean and comfortable for 5 of us too! Since it’s on the 1st floor there is some noise from people upstairs but I’ve lived in apartments before so I’m used to it! (frankly nothing anyone can do about it) we genuinely enjoyed staying here in this peaceful neighborhood! Will definitely be back 😊”
