“We came to Florida from Pennsylvania to celebrate Mother’s Day and spend a week. We picked this location specifically for the pool and it’s access to the beach. The beach is not a two minute walk. It’s about a half a mile maybe more. The pool was not accessible because of a pool pump failure. We spent three days without air-conditioning in Florida in May the house was over 80 degrees inside. I was told that I would be refunded half of my rental price which I have yet to see.. on top of that there were roofers and painters working on the property and the fourth day they completely over took our balcony covering it in plastic, and there was men working on the balcony staring directly into our living room. It was a disappointing experience to say the least.”

“The condo was very nice the company was quick to respond with questions and concerns. Being able to park and have a short walk to your door with kids was very convenient. The walk to the beach was really easy too. The only thing we didn’t like and it could just be the time of year it is and there aren’t very many people vacationing with kids yet but when we tried to take the kids to the pool when we walked in there was a good amount of people we had 2 infants we didn’t feel very welcome the looks we got definitely weren’t welcoming smiles at all and so we decided to just go back to the beach because we felt like we would have been disturbing people.”

“Absolutely LOVED this condo and location. The response time was great, easy check in and check out! The condo is decorated beautifully and it felt like home. Great location with ocean view from the master bedroom. We watched the sunrise every morning. I will be a repeat customer for sure. The location is so close to many restaurants and shops. Downtown is not far away either. If I could give a 10 star I would!!”

“The location was ideal for our family of four. Our young boys loved walking the short trip to the beach every day. The building is divided into three floors, the first is a CPA Office, they were very nice and helpful. The top two floors are similar rental units, but managed by two different property management groups. The fourth day, the power went out briefly. When it returned, several things needed maintenance and repairs, including the elevator and the hot tub. We had booked this place specifically because of the hot tub and location. The Property Manager for our unit was very slow to help with any of the issues, and did not take any steps to fix the hot tub and did not follow up (the repairs were actually fixed and communicated by the CPA office). Also there was a fair amount of broken furniture that did not get fixed or attended to. Other than that, we had a lovely stay, and it was clear the owners of the condo made thoughtful choices in layout and amenities!”

“We stayed at this location 5 months ago and had some concerns should be addressed. When visiting again, things looked less maintained; i.e. * *front gate is nearly impossible to close and latch! *The front door not attached and secured properly (you can see light around all of the frame! *Blinds broken on the front/screen holes in the back of the house. *Queen mattress is extremely soft and the bottom is hanging down. * King bed is soft enough that 2 people roll towards the center when laying on it. *Wash machine make loud noises when washing a load. *Dead bugs are still in the window ledges. *End tables are needed in living areas *Kitchen trash can broken. *Back door could be locked but was broken and did not shut properly. (and it was very dirty) *House was clean throughout, but if you walked barefoot for any amount of time our feet were dirty! I do have positive things to share...ran out of room here.. Please consider improvements for others. We will not reserve again.”

“Great condo, amazing views, horrible host. Did not communicate the massive construction that was taking place. It forced us to last minute cancel our first day and find new housing, constantly shuffling our car out of the garage, and confinement to the condo starting at 6:45pm for duration of one of our nights. Not to mention the fumes from the sealant the crews were applying to the outside decks were coming into our condo with 2 small children. Host was notified and responded with "not our fault". Absolutely horrendous customer service. I cant say enough bad things about our experience. I was refunded $500 out of $2k, which is OK but this was wayyy too much money to be spending my entire vacation getting texts from the host to alter my plans, move my car, stay inside the condo, and have my family inhale toxic sealant fumes. Take the condo off the site if this is going on!”
