“Great condo! It was spacious and comfortable. Loved the master suite with the view. We watched the sunrise in the morning and set out to watch the storms in the evening. The unit was close enough to walk to the strip for multiple restaurants, coffee, ice cream, etc, but still felt private and quiet. The beach access was great; quick and easy. Covered parking was also a plus for rainy days.”airbnb

“We enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats 5. It was in a great location, walkable to restaurants, coffee and easy beach access. The down side was the beds and furniture. The main bedroom headboard was not attached to the bed, however, it was the most comfortable. The second bedroom bed was like sleeping on plywood, it was so hard. The pullout couch should not even be considered a bed. I slept on the couch rather than pullout. All in all the beds and furniture just need to be updated. The decor of the place was outdated as well and looked as though someone took leftover decor from the 90’s and placed it there. The outside patio was nice and had a great view of sunrises but again the furniture just needs to be updated. The kitchen seemed well stocked, we just didn’t use it. We had plenty of paper goods and trash bags which was a plus.”airbnb

“The apartment was much better than we expected based on the photos. It is very large and spacious. There were three of us staying there — two adults and one child — and we really enjoyed it. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it felt almost like being at home. Everything was very clean. The bedding was great and clean. There were beach towels and beach chairs provided. Overall, we really liked the apartment. As for the complex, we didn’t like that finding the key turned into a real challenge. Especially after a long day of travel when you are tired, having to go to another location at night and deal with outdated codes was stressful. It all felt a bit disorganized, and we were a bit nervous. Afterward, the key also had to be returned to the same place, which was inconvenient. The lock in the apartment itself should probably be replaced, as it did not work properly. Also, there was only one pass for the whole family. There were three of us, and it was extremely inconvenient. Th”airbnb

“The place was beautiful. The view was incredible and the other residents were super nice. The only issue was with the rental agency itself. They didn't leave parking passes and were a bit rude when we inquired about it. The bathroom was dirty. The sheets in the master bedroom weren't cleaned. There was hair on the sheets. I took pictures. I had to wash the sheets and clean the bathroom before settling in. Other than that, the place was beautiful.”airbnb

“The house itself was nice enough, but the listing was extremely misleading. We specifically booked this property because it advertised a floating dock on the canal where we could keep our boat. When we arrived, there was no dock at all. The host later admitted it had been removed after storm damage, but the listing/photos had not been updated before our stay. That completely changed the functionality of the property for us, since waterfront dock access was the entire reason we chose this rental. We ended up keeping our boat in the canal anyway, but because there was no usable dock, we had to climb over the gate every single time we wanted to get on or off the boat, which became extremely inconvenient and frustrating over the course of the trip. Unfortunately, the host was not very helpful in resolving the issue. We were told to use the public boat ramp to keep the boat, which is obviously not a realistic solution for a weekend stay. The other solution offered was refunding the trip e”airbnb
