“5 stars! Location is amazing- steps to restaurants, shops, a liquor store, and multiple public beach access points. The home is in the most central spot you could ask for. It is spacious, clean, and well maintained. We especially loved getting dinner to-go and eating in the sun room and having coffee on the screened porch. Beach access is a breeze. It is an easy ~7 minute walk directly across the street. If you have lots of gear, you can easily drive over to drop your stuff off and then walk over if parking isn't available. Emmons Realty reps were incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating. We will absolutely stay here again!”

“The Normandy Cottage was charming and served as a great landing spot for us and our two dogs. I was happy to be able to find a place with a fenced in yard that was very close to the beach and other things we wanted to do. The cottage was comfortable and for the most part met our needs. We did have an issue later in the evening on our check in day, and the host was initially very responsive but we were a little disappointed with the communication and accuracy of the resolution. But, they did respond and attempt to make things right so that is hopefully a good sign if something more major were to occur during a guest’s stay. Overall I think this would be a good place to consider if you are traveling to the area with pets.”

“The house was in a perfect location with 3 great rooms and was very clean. It was the perfect place to stay on the island and bring our dog. We look forward to staying here again.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Osprey! This trip was a special family gathering with college friends and their families, and the house couldn’t have worked out better. The location was phenomenal, with so much to see and do all around St. Simons Island. We spent a full week enjoying activities, making memories, and simply relaxing together. By the end of the trip, everyone in our group was already asking if we could make it a “same time, same place” tradition for next year! It was truly a week filled with fun, laughter, and unforgettable moments. We can’t wait to come back!”

“My family and I came from St Augustine FL. We wanted to get away for a little bit and this house was the perfect fit. The beds were comfortable and the couch!!! Couch was so inviting and everyone had a place to sit with space. When we come back this is where we will stay. Thank you again.”
