“We have had a relaxing and peaceful stay at this fantastic water front property. The view is incredible and you will never get bored with people doing different water activities in the background. Andrew and team is the most responsible and reliable host we’ve ever had. We got some minor issues with the property’s fixtures upon checking in. The team came out right away to fix. As other reviews mentioned, the only issue with this property is it’s a little bit old, some moderate property renovation could make your stay even more luxurious. “We were very happy with our stay at Emerald Escapes! It worked great for our family of four adults. The house was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood with lots of parking. We loved the location since it was walking distance to the QFC grocery store and all that there is to do in Ballard. We were a little disappointed to find that the 2nd floor bedroom didn't have air conditioning but it cooled down during the night. The bedding was comfortable and the primary bedroom bathroom was very nice. Kitchen was stocked well enough to make breakfast. Having coffee pods to use was especially nice. Very clean and modern. Andrew and Zhilmil were very responsive when we reached out with questions.”

“Probably the best hosting I’ve experienced on Airbnb, which was super meaningful since we were traveling with a little one and two dogs. They were accommodating, communicative, and kind. But I don’t want this to bury the fact that this place is also a fantastic value for Cap Hill and absolutely surpasses the photos expectations. Deserves to be ranked much higher in searches on Airbnb.”

“This unit is a gem in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. The home is modern and convenient with a rare garage for off-street parking and an easy door code. The roof top has views of Seattle, and downtown is just a 20 minute drive, or a quick ride on the rapid bus. With a bedroom and en-suite downstairs by the garage, and two bedrooms above the main living area, we had some separation and privacy for the two couples staying together. The home has a big dining table which we made great use of for meals and playing games. The neighborhood is very nice and we always felt safe walking the area. It was a 15 minute walk to the main businesses in Ballard, including a planet fitness and many grocery stores. A block away around the corner from this home are eating gems you do not want to miss, Delancy Pizza, Rossellini’s Pastries and Frankie and Joe’s Ice Cream. The hosts of this unit were very responsive. I’m sure they would have assisted us with any issues, but we had none.”
