“Me & my family stayed at Anthony’s place for the weekend & everything was amazing. Just as picture. It was clean, it had everything you needed. The house was beautiful inside & out. I would totally stay there again! Thank you so much Anthony, we loved it! Can’t wait to go back!”

“Very beautiful property. Very nice amenities with lots of clear instructions everywhere.”

“Very clean and peaceful! The hot tub was clean and relaxing, instructions were clear, and it was a quick 6 minute drive to town for restaurants and shops. Enjoyed coffee on the deck and sitting by the fire. Definitely recommend!”

“Anthony’s place was exactly as described — and so clean! We loved this rental and are likely to book again.”

“My husband and I stayed three weeks at this idyllic cabin. Very quiet and private setting. Perfect for two people. Nice furnishings and new appliances. Hot tub was very nice. Everything was well explained. Anthony promptly answered the few questions we had. The central air conditioning worked well and there was quick hot water for the shower.”

“My family had a wonderful stay in beautiful Ellicottville and our location was excellent for attending a family reunion. We had all the necessary ingredients to make our stay so comfortable. The place was large and the second floor was our favorite gathering point so all ten of us could congregate at once. Any difficulties that we encountered was taken care of quickly because of exceptional correspondence with our hosts. I have told some of my extended family that, in the future, they should consider staying there.”

“Was great as always!”

“The place was beautiful, and a peaceful place to getaway. I really enjoyed the location as well, close drive to the village and 25 minutes to Allegheny State Park. Anthony was a wonderful host! Thank you, for sharing this wonderful place”

“This cabin was beautiful, well maintained, and had all the ammenities we could have needed. It was spacious but cozy, and within 20-30 minutes of plenty of activities, including under 5 minutes from Ellicottville's shops. The host was pleasant and communicative and he made sure we felt welcome, prepared and comfortable well before we arrived. If you're considering booking - let this be your sign!”

“Owner was easy to communicate with, instructions were clear and simple and place was located in a beautiful area and my family truly enjoyed their stay!”
