“Unfortunately, our stay did not fully meet our expectations. While the property had potential and there were some positive aspects, we experienced several issues throughout our stay that affected our overall comfort and experience. We did communicate our concerns with the property management during the stay, and they were made aware of the situation. However, considering the amount paid and the expectations we had based on the listing, we were disappointed with the overall condition and experience. I always try to be fair and respectful when leaving a review, and I understand that issues can happen with any property. However, I do believe guests should receive the level of comfort, quality, and service that is represented when booking. Unfortunately, that was not our experience during this stay.”

“The listing itself is very detailed and pics makes you live kn these beautiful homes. Extremely hard to make a selection since each home is unique on its own. We were a larger group to make memories with kids of different phases and each. Few going to college for the first time, college just graduates, some elementary/middle school graduates and a baby. Yet this property impressed and entertained all ages including adults. The castle room is a huge hit....room layouts minimal decorations but kids rooms stole the show. Thank You for beautiful memories we collected over the weekend.”

“Master bedroom lights didn't work. Some rooms had tvs not working. It was not cleaned properly and hot tube had way too much chlorine It was burning everyone's eyes even the kids that weren't even using the hot tube.”

“Location was great house was filthy dishes need to be upgraded cooking pans even unable to cook. Appliances were terrible. Smelling garage would not ever come back.”

“I rented 2 11 bed room honestly and bith had plumming issues. there was dried up toilet tissue stains on the base boards which was a clear indication that sewage over flowed before. Unable to use shower and wasn't cleaned up in a timely manner.”

“The house was lovely. My family absolutely enjoyed the ambiance and the amenities. The kitchen was nice but the stove and microwave did not work to the best of its ability. The movie room had some chairs that were damaged and did not work properly. We did find trash under a bed but was a quick fix. One of the inside fans wasn’t working but the management crew came quickly to check it out unfortunately the maintenance guy said he couldn’t fix it while we were there. I would all in all we had a great time with the house. Most family members were comfortable with their stay. We would come again.”

“Overall I do not think the home itself was worth $6800 could have had a better game area only had a pool table but our family has AN AMAZING TIME in the home we were all comfortable and everyone has space we are looking to be refunded for the resort fee being we were never able to get our group in the lazy River or the water slides due to lightning and the area being at full capacity but all in all the home itself was nice I would say have more themed rooms the rooms that were themed were very cute the outdoor island vibe backyard was cute too we stayed in the back yard most of the time but this trip was amazing and we hope to book with element vacation homes in the future!!”

“We enjoyed our weekend stay, the house was a perfect size for a big family. Our only issue was the parking and neighborhood entrance. The parking system isn’t organized and gets filled very quickly. The entrance also gets very busy due to traffic getting backed up(just to enter the neighborhood), it takes you 30 mins just to get through security and get checked in. This part made leaving and entering the neighborhood really overwhelming & difficult. Overall it’s a really nice house and it’s close to Posner commons.”
