“For paying almost $500 a night- Rajsinh’s place was not worth the stay. The place was underwhelming in light of hospitality. The outside of the house was dirty, their were many minor things within the house that were broken, unsafe, a lack of normal sized pans for preparing basic meals, dust and cobwebs inside the house, doors that would not fully close. The place simply did not meet our expectations for the price we paid.”

“This place is not worth the price. It is structurally as described in the listing but looks as though it has not been deep cleaned or updated in 10 years. There are stains all over the floors, carpets, rugs, and couches, and they feel awful. The patio outside is not structurally sound, and if you lean against any railing, including around the pool, it will likely fall over, not safe for kids! It was also not cleaned very well as my one year-old nephew found an expired prescription pill bottle with pills still inside under one of the beds. There are multiple spots in the house that have water leaks, including the dishwasher, and around some sinks. The bath towels have also not been updated and are very rough and dingy. We were also disappointed that the house only had five forks total for a house that accommodates over 10 people that was not sufficient for our stay. We also arrived to completely full trash bins and didn’t have anywhere to throw our trash. I would not book again!”

“We had a pretty bad experience trying to stay at this Airbnb. The pictures are not an accurate representation of what the place looks like today. You can really tell that this placed is not cared for. It was dirty, dusty and had a really strong humidity smell. Everywhere you look around the house it just looked… messy? Dirty? I’m not really sure how to explain it. The only thing I could compare it to is staying at one of those SUPER cheap motels, but you are not paying for a cheap motel. We found a dead roach on the bathroom, the bathtub was stained and had mildew. Some lighting bulbs were broken, there was mold on the walls… When we reached out to Airbnb they took 5 hours to get back to us. The only solution they had for us was to cancel the reservation and provide a refund. At that point, we had to book another place that was substantially more expensive and we of course had to pay for it If you are trying to have a relaxed, stress free trip I would not recommend this place at all”

“Several issues. Tried to contact host and received no response in three days prior to staying. When he did respond it was short. When we arrived we went into the pool which had a dead mouse. We went to the basement where there was a very large dead spider and the beads from the shuffle board all over the floor. With a one year old this was a real danger. The water filter on the fridge was expired. There were two wifis one of which requires you to share email name and opt into marketing emails. The movie theatre in the basement had a glitch where the sound cut out every 20 seconds on any program you watched. I’ve never written a negative review before but this was comically bad and I hope it leads to improvements to the spot or others not going when it looks much cleaner and comfortable than the pics.”
