“Not Pleased. Arrived at 9:30pm to a room that was 82 degrees. No waters are provided. Had to drag mattress into the living room to sleep on a Mattress that is sadly old an uncomfortable so we could be cool enough to sleep. Portable AC ran all night and the bedroom was still 75 degrees. Zero things provided for you, no coffee, sugar, water, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. First thing that greets you is an envelope asking you to tip the cleaning crew? Really. Cleaning fees are charged. Very tacky in my opinion. Wifi? never worked and most people that reviewed this rental agreed. Location is great and the staff at Mountain Lodge are great. Plumbing fixtures were all loose and poorly installed. Toilet basically touches the tub and you rest your back on a $10 shelf that is put over the toilet for towel storage. Photos look great online but furniture looks like it was bought from Big Lots for small people. Worst Airbnb experience to date.”

“Great place to stay. Had no issues. Check in was straight forward, check out was the same. We didn’t use much in the kitchen but what we did we were fine with. We were nearly the only ones there, it was quiet and peaceful. Overall a good experience”

“We travel frequently with Airbnb and rarely leave critical reviews, but this stay unfortunately fell short in a few important areas. When we arrived shortly after midnight there were no parking spaces available, and we later learned that the property has more units than parking spots. I had to park in the snow behind the building and was asked by staff the next morning to move the car to parking outside the lodging area. We also found stains & hair on the bedding upon arrival, which we documented with photos. While the host stated the linens were clean, it did not feel like the unit had been properly prepared for new guests. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow and unstable, to the point that it was essentially unusable and prevented me from working as planned during the trip. Because of these issues, we ended up leaving early and did not stay the second night of our reservation. Future guests may want to confirm parking expectations and check the unit carefully when they arrive.”
