“Our extended family had a wonderful time at this lovely home. The location is perfection--waterfront, walkable neighborhood, convenient amenities. Everything we needed was provided in a very organized manner. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The living area accommodated our gang of 8 adults (two were day-use only), two dogs, and a baby with plenty of room to move about and no hazards or trouble-magnets (you know, those things that our small ones could get into and cause harm to creature or property.) We are a group that loves to cook, and the kitchen had EVERYTHING we could possibly need, including crab-cracking implements. (Hunter's in Grasonville has THE BEST!) We would happily come back anytime.”airbnb

“We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay on the Eastern Shore! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great family getaway. The floor plan was perfect for spending quality time together and unwinding, while the two separate TV rooms were a great bonus for giving the kids their own space. Most of all, we were so happy that we could bring our two small dogs. Having a pet-friendly place made our stay that much more enjoyable and convenient. The location was perfect as well. We loved being within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and local sites. Overall, it was a wonderful, comfortable, and relaxing stay, and we’d love to return!”airbnb

“We stayed at Quailsar farms and loved it. The house was sprawling with tons of space for entertainment, play, and fun. The outdoor space was incredible. Pool was perfect, yard was maintained, and the frog pond was great for the kids. Overall, we loved this place!”airbnb

“What a wonderful location for a big family gathering! Crabbing off the dock, kayaking in the bay, and so much fun with the whole family in the pool!! The poolside lounge chairs and tables gave us so much space, it truly ended up being the star of the show. We had game nights on the big table in the living room and the enclosed side porch was the perfect place to enjoy our crabs, caught fresh out of the water. The front covered porch is a great place for a morning coffee. And sure to check when sunset is and head out to the dock for some magnificent views. Just a great place to enjoy a relaxing time.”airbnb

“IfGreat location with easy access to St. Michaels. Kids loved fishing from the dock, pool, and fire pit. The home is older but charming, bedrooms, bathrooms and linens clean. The “chef’s kitchen” could use a few basic cooking items, like a large cutting board and more place settings. The biggest drawback was the mgmt company. Every issue required multiple follow-ups. There were several active wasp nests around the covered seating area and pool, making those spaces difficult to enjoy. We had to followup several times w the mgmt co and pest control only came a few days later. The upstairs A/C stopped working, and we were asked to drain unit w cookie sheet. There were also ants in several rooms, and promised traps never arrived. The hot tub was unusable the whole stay first due to an active wasp nest in cover lift and then bc water was green and fetid. While the mgmt co did respond, the repeated follow-up and handling of maintenance issues were disappointing for a premium rental.”airbnb

“House is nice. Adequate space for our family of four. Everything was clean and in good working order. Kitchen light switches are quirky. A written explanation for renters would be a big help. Is a fairly long walk to the town park and ice cream shop. Shorter walk to the one restaurant now open in Oxford and the smaller of the two public beaches. Disappointed that we had to pay in full over two months before our stay, and there was no weekly discount, unlike with some other houses. The house seemed over-priced compared to similar listings.”airbnb

“The view is beautiful especially at sunset. The house and furnishings are a bit old and in need of some renovation in my opinion. The house also had a musty smell upon check in which was off-putting, and the 5th bedroom isn’t really a bedroom, it’s a repurposed mud room with a twin sized sofa bed. Not the worst but not great for the price.”airbnb
