“Great location within walking distance to many excellent restaurants and shops. We didn’t have to drive at all. It’s hard to find a house with 3 bathrooms which was nice to have. Also, liked having a fenced in yard. The grass was a little long.The kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils, and baking trays. Overall, a great place to stay this is our second time renting this house.”

“If you are considering this waterfront home in St. Michaels, it is absolutely worth it. The house sits right on the river, offering a peaceful and grounding view. It is a beautifully maintained ranch, thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped. The layout allows for both privacy and easy socializing—we had four guests and felt very comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional. Everything was spotless, appliances were new and worked perfectly. The seating throughout the home is genuinely comfortable, clearly meant to be enjoyed. TVs are well placed with full streaming options. The highlight is the sunroom, surrounded by windows with a stunning water view. You can spend hours there watching boats, birds, and even rabbits. The location is quiet and removed from the small but busy town center, yet still very close. One of the most beautiful and comfortable homes I have stayed in. We will definitely return.”

“Can’t say enough great things about the Carpenter’s Alley Cottage. It’s literally in the heart of St. Michael’s. Amazing restaurants and coffee shops right out the front door or no more than a 5 minute walk down Talbot Street. We stayed here for my wife’s surprise 40th birthday getaway weekend and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were all spacious and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and loved that we could bring our two furry kids along for the ride. If you’re looking for a super convenient getaway in St. Michael’s, I highly recommend this property!”
