“We had a tremendous two night stay in Fergi at the Litch Hotel. The attention to detail and the decor throughout were too notch. Very easy to park and unload directly into the rental after a long day of driving. As mentioned elsewhere and by the host, there is a bit of noise from other rentals next door and above, however we quickly got used to it and still slept well. The bed is on the firm side, but again that was not a deal breaker. The kitchen was well stocked. Location is unbeatable - great coffee shop a couple doors down and easy drive to Joseph or Lostine as well. We would love to stay again and already want to come back to Wallowa county!”

The space is clean, stocked with everything anyone could need or want and comfortable. Given I work in the area several times a year, it’s been a very good spot to rest after my long days of work.”

It’s a great starting point for day trips to Hell’s Canyon, Joseph, and Zumwalt Prairie. The hotel has hometown, country charm and a feeling of safety. Breakfast spots, coffee shops, stores, and restaurants are nearby, and the setting radiates familiarity, charm, and security. The hosts are friendly and communicative and respond quickly.”
