“Beautiful surrounding condo was clean sheets were very clean. Very short walk to the ocean I will rent again. Only thing I didn’t like was there was no elevator.”

“Great location, walkable to restaurants and skywheel. Parking was convenient and included at garage across the street. Condo could use a little updating such as new carpet/flooring. Unless you are a biker, avoid renting during fall biker week. It was quite loud until 2am as the festivities took place across the street from the condo... not the fault of the condo but just want others to be aware. Nice pool/hot tub area!”

“Their communication is great. A small place, good for 1-2 night . It has a good view of the ocean, though it’s blocked little bit by the palm trees that the sunrise view will be blocked. The pier (called pier14) blocks view of the ocean to an extent. Furnitures are old and not comfortable. Not a lot of pans and pots if you want to cook. They should post the pictures of the pots, pans , utensils in the photos section. The cleaning is not that good. Black stuff was sticking to our feet from the floor. I communicated to them but their cleaning team didn’t take care of it for long time and I had to clean it by myself. You need to bring your handwash/sanitizer if you need. It’s ok for 2-3 people as it’s a smaller size bed and a sofa bed only. Smaller size studio, not separate bedroom or living room. Everything is altogether. Big plus is it’s right on the beach. You can walk to the beach and swim in the pool. Overall it’s just ok for 1-2 nights. Parking at another place 1-2 blocks away”
