“The place is really nice. Great location. Dolphins are swimming in the shore just across the street. The pool is nice. The cons are that there are a lot of mosquitoes outside (so pack bug spray, none is provided) and that the place is a bit older than it seems in the photos but all in all it’s nice and even though it’s expensive, it’s a little bit less expensive than the competition I guess so it’s good.”

“We had an excellent stay! The home was as described and perfect for a large family vacation. It’s on a quiet street and has a very private backyard pool area, but is walkable to several great restaurants and the beach.”

We experienced several unexpected issues that took away from our time there. I sincerely appreciate the Management team‘s efforts to address our concerns and the compensation provided. While somewhat disappointing, I understand that unexpected things happen and hope future guests are able to fully enjoy this lovely property.”

“It wasn't a 5 star, but close. Pros Super Cute. Love the beach theme Really close to the beach and far enough away from the main area of AMI Mangroves at the end of the block which were beautiful and peaceful. So many windows which was so amazing early in the morning And had our weather been better Probably would have been beautiful for the sunset Big enough for our family of 8 Cons 2 out of the 3 beds were very uncomfortable Couches were uncomfortable and kinda dingy Kitchen ware was lacking- like 2 sauce pans for a property that can house 8 or more Oven and stove took forever to heat. Need better labels on lights and remotes Directions and information on the amenities like the swim spa. Couldn't work the swim spa We found the outdoor shower the last day. Minimal shade or covered area in the back.”

“Great house on AMI! Easy stroll to the beach, convenient to restaurants and stores, and the house has everything you need for a great vaca. Pool feels amazing after a day at the beach and layout of the home was perfect for our family. Dogs could play in the backyard while we swam. Loved the screened in porch on a rainy day. Wonderful rental home!”

“Extremely disappointing experience, made worse by management’s response. We paid nearly $2,000 for a three-night stay but left after less than 24 hours due to severe weather associated with a tropical storm. Upon arrival, flooding was so significant that we couldn’t even unload our luggage for hours. With a long drive home and concerns about worsening travel conditions, we made the difficult decision to leave early. We understood that the weather was beyond anyone’s control and never expected a full refund. However, we hoped management would demonstrate some understanding and offer a reasonable partial refund for the two unused nights. Instead, our concerns were minimized, cancellation policies were repeatedly cited, and we were ultimately refunded a whopping $100. It’s unfortunate that a nearly $2,000 reservation and an extraordinary weather event warranted so little consideration. Beautiful weather may be beyond a host’s control, but how they treat their guests certainly isn’t.”
