“We have stayed in this complex 3 other times and have loved it, we chose this unit since it was connected to another unit with an interior door, and we were thankful for that. However, it just felt dirty. We couldn’t use the outdoor spaces due to being filthy. The door trim was falling off some doors with exposed nails. Two of the bathroom doors wouldn’t shut, and the front door keypads were finicky and didn’t always work. I found it funny they are trying to sell this unit, it would show incredibly poorly. We won’t be staying in this unit our next visit to Branson.”

“We really loved the location we stayed in. It felt like we were the only people on the property most of the time. It was quiet and peaceful. My three year old loved the playset and pool. We had both sets of grandparents with us, so the two rooms downstairs were great for accessibility.”

“ThIS WAS A WONDERFUL PLACE. I ONLY GAVE IT 4 BECAUSE I COULD. OT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUTSIDE AREA. THE MAN DOWNSTAIRS I WAS TOLD IS A RESIDENT WHO HAS COPD AND CHAIN SMOKES OUT ON HIS TERRACE. I AM ALLERGIC. ITS QUIET AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING AND WAS PERFECT EXCEPT FOR SMOKE. I WILL BE BACK THO IN FALL!”

“We love this place. plenty of clean linens. Very roomy for 3 couples. Loved the back patio. Lots of seating to relax and enjoy being with family. Everything was very clean and tidy. There were a few things that would add more of a special touch. Really need a TV in each bedroom. And WiFi was a little slow. And when you enter the front door, rug is needed to wipe your feet off. To not track thru the house. The place was close to lots of restaurants and being close to lots of shopping down by the Landing. Nice and quiet area. Other than that everything was great. I would definitely rent this place again.”

“Bring a fan if you’re staying in the warmer months for the upstairs bedrooms, gets hot! The river being right in the backyard is beautiful!! We enjoyed our stay so much”
