“Nice townhouse unit a little off the beaten path. Nice pool and hot tub. Nice features for the price. Upstairs bedroom has a triangle shaped stair in front of the bathroom that one guest missed and injured themselves on. Could be a bit safer. For those allergic to bees and wasps you should exercise caution out near the pool as there were some very aggressive larger hornets/wasps.”

“Home was not clean. Ledge behind bed was very dusty/dirty. The bathrooms had hair on the counter, toilets, and tub/showers. Had to be cleaned before using. Multiple towels had stains. Carpets stained.”

“**There is no grill on site or at the pool** close to everything. Smaller than expected.”

“We did enjoy the space! The bed was comfy as well. I would say there are was not basics such as salt, pepper. I know minor but would have been nice to have some basic items like that available. We LOVED the Mexican restaurant across the street!! A very short 1 minute walk was so nice!”

“The freezer was frozen up. No ice. Bedroom fan didn't work. Lots of bugs in the floor. Very quiet.”

“House is clean and in a good location. Basement bedroom gets pretty hot without a ceiling fan. Only had small frying pans, which for a home that can host up to 16 is a bit disappointing, it took quite a while to get breakfast done that way. Only other concern was how steep the road getting to it is. Otherwise, good house and we enjoyed our stay.”

“This stay was perfect for a 9 person weekend getaway! The only thing we didn’t like is the doors that stick. Most of the doors in this rental stick and are hard to open and close. Other than that, it was a perfect spot for us! Also a quick drive to the strip and easy to get anywhere!”

“Our stay started our horrible. I had to sweep and mop the floor the first night. Our feet was black from walking on the floor. We noticed the air was not moving from. 78 to 79 degrees. I text, called multiple times and even used the app to message the host about it. When they finally got back to me They told me it was due to the heat that day and it should recover overnight. After we went outside to the unit and kick started the fan we noticed the compressor was not working. I messaged the host and he came out to the house to get photos of his thermometer of the vent. He then told me it was unfortunate he couldn't get the tech out till morning. So he pretty much came all the way out there to make sure we were not lying about the compressor not working. We spent our entire night miserable. He did tell us if they couldn't get it fixed he had a place the next day he could move us. We were not offered any help that night. No money was offered back or even extra fans.”

“We have stayed in this complex 3 other times and have loved it, we chose this unit since it was connected to another unit with an interior door, and we were thankful for that. However, it just felt dirty. We couldn’t use the outdoor spaces due to being filthy. The door trim was falling off some doors with exposed nails. Two of the bathroom doors wouldn’t shut, and the front door keypads were finicky and didn’t always work. I found it funny they are trying to sell this unit, it would show incredibly poorly. We won’t be staying in this unit our next visit to Branson.”
