Dreams N Fun Vacation Homes

Dreams N Fun Vacation Homes's guest rating of 4.72 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Perfect place to stay for some peace and quiet and just a hop away from Disney (15 minute drive). Place was clean, comfortable, and equipped just enough in the kitchen to get by with some cooking. Was not made aware that the Jacuzzi didn’t work, that we were looking forward to, but over all the stay was nice, pool was a plus, and the neighborhood is quiet.

Would have liked to know more about the pool policies when it comes to weather. The pool being shut down every time lightning was spotted 10 Miles away became difficult to navigate. No updates were provided to inform us the pool was now open again to use. Also did not like how strict the policies were with food and drink around the pool area.

Overall, our stay was okay, but several maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and communication issues should be addressed to improve the guest experience. The main concern is safety: the stair handrail is pulling away from the wall and needs immediate repair, and several pool coping tiles are loose and uneven, creating a tripping hazard. There are also maintenance issues: the Farberware coffee maker leaks and doesn’t work properly, the automatic kitchen trash can lid is broken, and the sectional sofa has a bent leg and feels unstable. We also noticed damaged wall areas and unfinished repairs. The home was not well stocked—no extra toilet tissue, washcloths, trash bags, or laundry detergent, which would be a helpful starter supply. Communication could be improved, as parking instructions were not clearly provided before arrival. This is intended as constructive feedback

Rating: ⭐️☆☆☆☆ (1/1 Star) Title: Terrible experience – Vehicle damage, unsanitary sheets, and broken appliances Do not recommend. My family had a horrible stay at this Dreams N Fun property in Orlando due to severe safety hazards, cleanliness issues, and broken amenities. Vehicle Damage Hazard: There was a metal cable hanging down from the garage door mechanism with a sharp end that scratched the hood of my car as soon as I parked inside. Defective Washing Machine: The washing machine was so violently out of balance that putting a load of clothes in made it shake like an earthquake, move across the floor, and make deafening noise—we were actually afraid to use it. Disgusting & Unsanitary Sheets: General cleanliness across the property was terrible, but worst of all, we found two bedsheets stained with what looked like urine. It was so gross that I had to go to a local store and buy brand-new bedding out of pocket just so we could sleep. Broken Amenities & Lack of Basic Supplies: Th

Overall, we were disappointed with our stay due to several maintenance and communication issues. The master shower had visible mold, the downstairs bedroom TV never worked, and despite being told someone would come, no one ever addressed the TV or removed the large roach we found in the bathroom. The home was minimally stocked with only one trash bag, two dishwasher pods, one paper towel roll, limited bath towels, very few kid-friendly dishes/utensils, and no basic cooking staples. The kitchen inventory labels also didn’t match what was actually available. The bunk room ceiling fan was very close to the top bunk ladder, which seemed like a safety concern. We also wish we’d known towels weren’t provided at the community water park, where the pool heating fee was an additional $100/day. On a positive note, the themed rooms were adorable, and the cracked coffee pot was replaced promptly. The home has potential, but these issues made our stay less enjoyable

Overall great stay for the price. The crib was broken and someone’s kid drew all over the walls with crayons. There was a shot cup floating in the pool and the pool just was not clean. They didn’t have coffee, salt & pepper, and trash bags were super cheap and thin. Trash can was also broken so you had to keep touching the top and putting it back together. I have a few airbnbs and coffee for guests is an amenity I wouldn’t cut corners on. Also, there is a 3 car limit and I had to ask for a 4th car. For a stay of 13 adults and 3 children this allowance was not sufficient as we were all driving from different areas and different times of the day from all parts of the state. Really inconvenient. Game room was cool but the chairs were dated and head part was peeling. Still a 4 star stay and my family had a good time.

Big and beautiful home but needs a lot of TLC. Home was not well cleaned upon check in, dust on tables. Internet was not working and when it worked was so slow. Couch downstairs is very dirty. Apart from that the home is a beautiful home and the resort is beautiful as well. My family had a good time.

Overall, we had a good stay. The house is beautiful & spacious, great for large families. Our kids loved the game room, princess room, and slide. The provided playpens and stroller were helpful, and we appreciated having a high chair delivered upon request. tip: make sure you get the parking pass from the gate when you FIRST arrive. We experienced frustration due to a misunderstanding on their end, making re entry a hassle and taking extra time to resolve.Communication could be improved, seemed more like a vacation rental company than an individual host. Some dishes were not cleaned thoroughly, a few towels had stains, and the grill we paid extra for was dirty when we went to use it, although they did refund the charge. The pool was ok , though it appeared larger in photos. The screen enclosure had a tear that allowed big bugs in. Safety gates on the stairs would be a great addition. We also experienced WiFi & audio issues in movie room .Unexpected visitor(roach)on the kitchen counter.

The pool I paid for was warm but the jacuzzi was not hot and didn’t bubble over. Reached out to the people and all they replied to was saying that we had to check out at 10:00am the next day instead of addressing the issue with what was paid for.

they did not inform us that there was a major construction project directly next-door, 10 feet away. Jackhammer cutting cement and cinderblock started at 7 AM every morning. Our entire house vibrated from 7 AM until works. Stopped at three or 4 PM. The workers had full face mask on to protect themselves from the cement dust which was blowing right over our pool so we did not go out during the day and use the pool or a grill. it was spring break week and there were no other options for other accommodations or even flight changes. We were stuck. It was one of my worst vacation experiences ever. I've never given a bad review or complaints with Airbnb or VRBO ever before, and I've traveled all over the world using Airbnb. This was not an Airbnb problem, this was the local rental agency and owner.
