Dream Living Syracuse
4.70
Dream Living Syracuse's guest rating of 4.70 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“This was a perfect location, we stayed here for graduation and traveling with some older family members made this apartment perfect for stay together. My adult kids used the gym and there was a bunch of great restaurants in walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and informative. We’ll be booking again!”airbnb

“We booked for 9 days. We were provided one wash cloth and two towels. There was no paper towels or extra garbage bags. The furniture was extremely cheap and worn out and stained. The mattress was well beyond its life, you could feel every spring in it!! When we contacted to get more towels they told us to go ask building security if they had some. The security guard did find us a couple extra wash cloths and one extra towel. It was very disappointing that they required us to resolve an issue with their unit instead of them contacting their people to fix their mistake. Great location and building, but we won’t stay with this host again.”airbnb

“The amenities & building are amazing; however, the owners did not advertise this as a 2 night minimum, but would not rent it unless I rented 2 nights. They let my first reservation expire because I did not book 2 nights as they demanded after I submitted the reservation. The couch was very stained, the bed was extremely uncomfortable with the mattress pad laying on the ground, and there were 2 broken screens inside the room.”airbnb

“The place is beautiful, with a nice gym, cool location, nice pool, good vending machines, nice view. The parking situation was horrible. They kept saying they had a parking space for me on the side of the building with a number. But the side of the building parking is first come first serve and that space number didn’t exist. I had to pay for parking at the lot across the street the whole time. It was very noisy too. You hear the church bells, people slamming their doors, sirens, but the neighbors were saying I was too loud for watching tv at a whisper volume? Over all bad experience.”airbnb

“The apartment was fairly nice, but there was no on ground manager I could get in contact with. The contact person they shared never responded on real issues. Their security guard used his master key to unlock and look into my room, when he was supposed to approach another apartment for a resident. He left my room unlocked, without apologising. There is no protocol of them checking which apartment they wanted to open. The hosts did not help fix the issue by providing me an additional lock, or shifting me to an apartment with better safety. The stay costed me countless sleepless nights, and tons of anxiety, and I will not recommend this place to anyone. The place also did not have a dishwasher and a few other things. I would not have selected this apartment if i knew it had no security, no trusted contact person and no dishwasher.”airbnb

“Overall, I had a nice stay here. I enjoyed the big windows and the space was clean and cozy. The building is quite incredible and has amazing amenities. However, I had two main issues. The walls are very thin and so I could hear the neighbors quite clearly and vice versa. The second is that one of the knobs on the stove was broken which made it very inconvenient to cook. I contacted the manager who said they would try to find an extra but then never followed up. We could have sent another follow up message but we ended up using a cooking spoon as a hack instead.”airbnb
