“We liked the location very well . Close to everything . we loved being able to walk to brick and stone the best breakfast.”

“Very nice place to stay, very clean and welcoming. Love the location as it’s close to the main strip but not loud and right next to grocery store which was nice. The only thing I can think of that would be a drawback (at least for me) is the master bedroom has a large high output led parking lot type light that shines right into the bedroom at night as well as patio. I had to adjust curtains to try to block light but is still VERY bright like daylight. Other than that everything was top notch!”

“Great location. Easily accessible. Mostly updated. Great views and large patios, although the patio doors are difficult to navigate and get closed--would have loved to use the balcony more but the doors were a hassle. A very comfortable space. Parking can be a bit tricky when the building is full. Loved the deals on local attractions which added to an overall positive experience.”

“Everything was very nice! The bathrooms were a little dated, but clean. The unit did come with 1 parking pass in the garage. We could purchase 1 more for $65, but we chose to park the other cars off property and shuttle people back and forth, which was a pain. I don't know how do they think 10 people will fit into 1 vehicle! They have 4 elevators, but one was out of order my whole stay. On check in day only 1 was working due to people overloading them and getting stuck in them. The fire department had to come out both times to get them out. At least one time it was stuck between floors and they had to crawl out through a small Crack. We had to wait in line at least 30 minutes for the elevator. That was the only day that we had elevator problems. Other than the parking situation and elevator issues we had a lovely stay and great family trip!”

“The first night we noticed that the window which is easily accessible to ground floor was broken and didn't lock. Our girls were unable to sleep in the bed room due to obvious safety concerns. If I noticed it didn't lock I am sure previous guests have also noticed which is scary. I messaged the host early the next morning and asked if they could please bring a 2x4 or anything at all while we were out that day, to place on top of window to keep the window from being able to be opened so our girls didn't have to sleep on the dirty uncomfortable pull out sofa but we got back at 10pm that night, nothing was done but even worse no reply. They did not carr what so ever about our safety concerns. So that bedroom was unusable for us our 2 night stay as I am not willing to risk my children's safety and make them sleep in a room with a broken window that can be easily accesses from the outside. The front bathroom toilet water kept running so we had to turn it off at night to not hear the noise”

“the condo was cute and served us well for our girls trip. description said there were recliners which there were not. instructions on how to get in weren't provided until I called them as we were trying to get in the condo. faster response time and clearer instructions on check in are suggested. there were lots of stairs to climb up and down so not fit for the handicap. overall it was a nice trip and we did enjoy the condo and balcony.”

“When we first got there, we couldn’t get in, because the code didn’t work, come to find out, she said the internet was down and had us use another code. So we waited outside for 10-15 minutes before we were able to get in. The condo is very nice and close to everything. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. The reason for the stars being so low, I had to contact her several times because the people above us, you could literally hear the kid or a dog, running through the condo, even in the late hours past 10pm. She called security and they “said” they went up and stood by the door and they heard nothing, but I promise, the running was there, and it was very annoying and caused problems for us trying to go to sleep.”

“I have mixed feelings. The views were stunning. The front door lock did not work when we got there - she did respond fairly fast to my request to get in. The ac was off when we got there and the temps were insane and the upstairs was way too hot to sleep. The fans weee rickety and extremely loud. The bed overlooking the mountain was amazing - but the windowsill was dirty. There was a dirty messy towel hung up on the back of the bathroom door. Other than that the place was clean and nice. The deck was amazing and I sat there for an hour just watching the sunset. The drive up the mountain was hard on the older car and we decided to not bother driving down and back up. I left a personal item with a high value to me personally and with expensive things in it and I know it isn’t her problem, but at first she was friendly and said she would send it but now wants $70 to send it and it will be at her cleaners leisure. I’m a bit frustrated at that. Again mixed feelings.”

“The place is very close to pigeon forge and easy to find. Free tickets to attractions, which you will need to reserve the day before going. Did not get the link to book the tickets so had to call the number. We reached out regarding one of the bathrooms and about the tickets and received no response back. It was an unfortunate that we couldn’t use one of the bathrooms because it was not cleaned at all. The place does need a lil more cleaning.”
